This final encounter (24May22@1118) is the nail in the coffin for me. Ordered on the App for this Arby's location and was expecting a complicated experience because usually that occurs at this location when ordering through the App. The workers were a little confused due to the online order, but they quickly figured it out. I received some of my food and I mentioned that one item was missing. Also, noting that no bags had receipts on them and no napkins were given They gave me all the items that I ordered and drove away. The Root Beer tasted like tonic water with a slight hint of syrup (Disgusting). The fries were fresh, but that was the only good thing on the docket today. I opened my sandwich and couldn't believe what I saw. I ordered the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, but did not receive that. I received roast beef on a standard sesame seed bun, not on the typical bun that is included with a beef and cheddar sandwich. There was no cheese and nothing else on the sandwich. I was beyond baffled by this comical amalgamation they decided to package up and serve to me. I can't even begin to comprehend how someone looked at this and was satisfied with their work. I guess there is zero training required to handle food at this Arby's. The mozzarella sticks were slightly undercooked, as well, but passable. The whole experience was poetic for me as this is the worst Arby's I've been to in my life. I wouldn't expect any more from the employees at this location because clearly there is a lack of competency and professionalism.
If anyone still decides to eat here, please, please do not order on the app and verify every item thoroughly before leaving.

Read moreJust left Arby's On the Eglin Parkway, Fort Walton Beach Florida. Just got home and order is wrong and also cold. One of the sandwiches ordered was suppose to be a medium, we got a small sandwich which all of our sandwiches had cold meat and the bread was cold, I made a phone call and I explained, that I really understand that everybody is short staffed, I tried to explain and the manager wanted to talk over me.. As I explained we ordered Med sandwiches and received small sandwiches he proceeded to tell me that the sandwich size is determined by the of the fries 🤔 I have in all my 58 yrs have never heard such such.... what if you don't order fries? He then proceeded to tell me they make the order when ordered,, so as I had tried to explained that all the meat and bread was cold he told that they are all made the same 🤔 another hmmm....I asked, him why he was wanting to argue? He said, THEY ARE ALL MADE THE SAME. I explained, he shouldnt argue with the costumers. Then I just said make sure the bread and meat are hot and he kept wanting to argue. So if your manager talks to your costumers that way he should be demoted. I have a business if he was in my business he wouldn't either have a job or he wouldn't be the manager he'd be a sandwhich maker and he'd be heating the meat. Needless to say we all heated our sandwiches in a microwave at home. Also, change your response to your reviews they all say the same thing to every...
Read moreFool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me...Its been roughly a year ago when I ordered from Arby's and had it delivered. At that time it was the Reuben sandwich and greek gyro. What I received was not fit for human consumption. So since a year went by I figured maybe they changed their ways. Evidently not because my fish sandwich and once again the reuben looked like it was made hours ago. The reuben had plenty of meat but nothing else. The fish filet looked like it sat in the warmer all day. I will say, my fur babies enjoyed the sandwiches. So, another 25 bucks wasted. I used to love me some Arby's, they had the best sandwiches going. After last night's order, I am no longer an Arby's fan. My Ruben had corn beef and burnt rye bread, no saurkraut, swiss cheese or thousand island dressing. I thought those items made a Ruben. My Greek gryo, I don't know what that was, except some meat in pita bread with a slice of tomato. Sure did clean me out the next day though. My house is being rehabbed and I had to order out. Talk about a waste of 25 bucks. Gave thi establishment a second chance, there will definitely NOT another. So as the saying goes "Fool me once...." I was definitely the fool.
Oh, as an afterthought, don't waste your time in getting a cash refund. That's NOT gonna happen.. Who would want an in store credit for the trash that they offer? Everything always looks...
