Read moreThe staff here is pretty friendly, however, the only time I will come here is if I am really craving a donut in particular. I like most common donuts and it’s 99% of the time that I will arrive to find that all of the donuts I like are completely out and this can be super early in the morning or in the afternoon. It sucks when your kid really wants to go to the donut shop for a donut they really like and they never have it.... strawberry..... come on guys?? Then when you pick another it’s so dry tasting like it has been there for a while. Other than that the iced coffee is usually pretty good. The most recent visit was not so great, I had sugar all in the bottom of my iced coffee and with every sip I just had a mouth full of sugar. Maybe it was someone new? Either way when you spend money you trust you are getting what you want I think maybe lack of training/management/organization lies within this store and it’s a shame because it’s really the only donut place (other than good thing donuts which also isn’t great) we have other than grocery stores and Krispy Kreme in Destin. I hate to say it but if Krispy Kreme were in FWB I would never step foot in Dunkin Donuts. I think if they got some data from customers and rearrange what quantities they make and do some thorough training they would be in a better spot, I hope to see them come around. Read moreAWFUL ☹️, JUST AWFUL. IT'S BEEN GOING DOWNHILL FOR THE PAST YEAR. IT USED TO BE GREAT, AMAZING, WONDERFUL. BUT NOW IT SEEMS THAT THEY CAN'T HIRE GOOD STAFF FOR SOME REASON. I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU TODAY WHICH IS JUNE 5th 2019 at around 3:00 p.m. waited in the drive-thru line forever and just decided to drive up to the window. I saw a gentleman inside standing around eating a donut and drinking coffee. He looked very unprofessional. It was gross. All I wanted to do was order a vanilla iced coffee. After he came to the window and put his donut down by his side I explained to him something must be wrong with the intercom because I've been waiting for a while and he said yeah there is. Well in my mind if you knew there's something wrong with the intercom why didn't you put a note on it that just said drive forward intercom is broken? So I ordered the ice coffee When at that point I should have just drove off because of the nastiness. The coffee was very weak It was a light brown color and did not taste very well at all. with all the negative reviews I don't know why a manager hasn't reached out or district manager come to the store to see what's going on. So as of right now I was a loyal customer but enough is enough. Their unprofessional. The food is getting gross. Hopefully they get some better help, better staff, better management.
