Anyone looking for vast line up of Juice, Mods, and Tanks/RDA's this is your place. Cloud City Vaporium has a vast experience in vape. They don't mind trying to help you find whatever it is you need. The owner loves what he does and PRIDES his store on customer service! Every time we swing in the store they are amped to help! They have a smile on their face and looking to make you happy. We know we can buy things online for a bit cheaper, but with the quality of service and the presentation of the store they can't be topped. I don't mind buying my mods at msrp if it means helping a local business grow and get more and more product!

On top of all the greatness this store does, the presentation of product is beautiful! They are clean and organized! Alone, just seeing that, makes me believe they care about their product and the way their business is represented. Most stores throw stuff on a shelf and hope it looks good, that is not Cloud City Vaporium!

Please give these guys a review to show the quality of service and product they have. Vacationer's have put a bad review and it looks like they aren't the company they are, because the person didn't get a freebie for a mod. Certain products problems need to be replaced through the manufacturer and not the store. That should never effect how you feel about the business.

Bought a ecig from these guys. 1st coil burned up immediately because when they set it up for me the did not turn it so juice could get to coil. 2nd coil didn't work at all. They assured me the would give me 2 new coils. That was the middle of Jan. and the employee left a note that the coils needed ordered. My next visit the owner assured me they would be in the end of the week. My next visit the employee said they didn't have any and called the owner, from what I overheard of the conversation told employee he didn't know he needed to order them, only heard one end of the conversation but after the employee said"that's a lie" he went to a clipboard and found the note he left. Several more trips with no coils received. This evening when I stopped in the owner assured me that I had been called when they can in and told them to "forget about it". I never received a call from them and when I told him I hadn't he assured me again that I had. I choose not to do business with dishonest people, I mean if they would lie about 2 coils what else would...

This shop used to be our favorite one to buy from in the area. Lately when we go in the customer service has been terrible. The employee working has no people skills and is more concerned with his own vape instead of being helpful or trying to make a sale. I took my uncle in here to buy a brand new set up and this employee was not helpful at all and came across as condescending. This same person has been working the last 3 times I’ve been in the shop and every time I feel like an inconvenience. So we left and took our business somewhere else and saved $25 on the same exact set up. Hopefully they can get this sorted out because we always enjoyed taking our business here in the past, unfortunately it will be a long time before we go back.
