It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

Didn’t realize it was a ghost kitchen within Chili’s, was pretty annoyed to find that out by arriving to the location. On top of that the wings weren’t great, maybe good but that’s a stretch. They were a good size but not cooked long enough. They were slimy and lacked any real flavor. The website I used for ordering the wings for pickup made it seem like I could pick two different sauces so I could do half and half (I had 8 wings so 4 one sauce and 4 the other) but they ended up just combining the sauces i’m pretty sure. Honestly I don’t know what they did but it didn’t taste great and I chose not to finish them. Service was ok I guess not much to say aside from that interactions were limited and I didn’t get any help for the first ten minutes...

Just got these wings for the first time. They were not cooked properly(see photo). The wings are covered and covered in huge globs of fat, since they aren’t being cooked properly. Called the Chili’s, was put on hold. Waited on hold, no one ever came to the phone to discuss this with me. Absolutely terrible experience. I had high hopes for these wings, as other restraints have had success with separate online branding of their food, like Chili’s is trying to do here. Nothing good to say about this place, or the staff leaving me on hold, when I called to warn them that they are sending out nearly raw chicken, covered in globs and globs of fat, with the consistency...

Staff was awesome and exceptionally kind and attentive. Drinks were up to par. Got 2 beers and drank em without a comment, but mugs were not cold, and beverages got warm quickly. Got appetizers and presentation was nice, but the brisket quesadilla had cheese but wasn't stuck together it appeared poorly prepared and rushed, unfortunately, although tasted decent. Seemed for the 3 items fries, egg rolls, and quesadilla...a patron marg and a beer almost $70 been a while since sit down but still seems high $$ !? They do offer military services and discounts, which is greatly appreciated and utilized. I possibly...
