Sebastiano's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

I'm not sure where people who placed 5* reviews ate. First...the pizza was okay, not spectacular. We were told the pizza we wanted was made at opening, (11am) it was 130 when we got there. It was okay..nothing great that I would crave again. The dough on our garlic knots wasn't cooked. It was actually raw in the middle. The sauce for dipping was ok. We also had a side salad. The dressing tasted like it had been poured from a bottle of kraft salad dressing. The lunch special was a decent price but the food was lackluster. The worst part about it is perhaps beyond their control...we could smell the cigar and vape smoke from the smoke shop a couple doors down. It was as if it was filtering through the air ducts. We ordered carry out from Sebastianos at dinner time. The pizza is good overall, pleasant crust but the sauce is a little different.. extra peppery maybe but still somewhat bland overall. The pizza is definitely light on the cheese as well for those that prefer a cheesier pie.

There’s no rhyme or reason with the size/shape/quantity of the garlic knots, and $10 for “mozz knots” is quite steep considering it was just a little cheese sprinkled on top. Even $8 for the regular garlic knots was more than I would be willing to pay again.

Everyone’s preference is different when it comes to NY style pie, so I’d still recommend giving them a shot.. but their prices are a good bit higher than other NY style pizzerias in the area, and I personally wouldn’t say Sebastianos stands out...

I came into town for vacation and this place was recommended by my brother to tried it for the first time last weekend. I called ahead to see how much in advance I needed to order for a specific pick up time and they were glad to help. I ordered/paid online and went to pick up the order. When picking up, they were timely (actually a couple of minutes early), and super friendly. The woman who brought my pizza out of the kitchen made me feel as though she was grateful for the business. She was so very nice, really reminded me of family bringing something good out of the kitchen for me. The pizza was delicious! From the crust to the seasoning to the toppings. Excellent pizza!
