A Hidden Gem That Feels Like a Taste of Hawaii! We stumbled upon this amazing spot while exploring town during a mini-vacation—and wow, are we glad we did! It instantly brought back memories of our trip to Hawaii with its fresh flavors, generous portions, and unbeatable prices. We hadn’t had poke and shaved ice this good since our time on the islands. The custom poke bowls were absolutely delicious—packed with spiced tuna, shrimp, and beef (yes, beef, and it was surprisingly amazing!). All the toppings were incredibly fresh, and the cucumber kimchi was a standout—bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. They also offer a wide variety of options, and the staff was super helpful in walking us through the choices to build the perfect bowl. It’s clear they care about both quality and customer experience. To top it all off, we treated ourselves to the Fruit Bingsu—pure heaven! Imagine ultra-fine shaved ice combined with creamy, melt-in-your-mouth goodness. It was the perfect refreshing dessert. And to complete the Hawaiian experience, they even offer authentic Hawaiian drinks to pair with your meal. We’re already planning to come back before we leave town. This place is a must-visit!

The food is fine. My primary complaint is the service. The staff come across kind of rude. My first time here, I’m trying to understand this options, and look at the menu. And the person that should be helping is instead rushing you, not giving you a moment to see and decide, finishing your bowl before you’re even finished with add ons or toppings. Then the person checking you out starts talking to the next customer before you’re even get to ask where the utensils/napkins are. She looked straight at me and said “we’re done here”. It’s just not a pleasant experience to be rushed, disregarded, and treated as if you didn’t matter as a customer. The level of professionalism and pride in their restaurant just seems to be lacking in how they treat customers. The food was great however. Though I wish they could have been more helpful or more patient, especially considering I was the only customer at that moment.

I’ve had their açaí bowls, boba tea, and one poke bowl. The spicy poke bowl was delicious although they were out of half the ingredients so I haven’t tried whatever it actually comes with, and the girl at the register started trying to charge me extra for all the subbed toppings but did catch herself lol. Açaí bowl was standard, and boba tea is okay but not my favorite. I wish they had more real options for someone looking for actual tea rather than a sugar explosion. But it is called “Think Poké” after all, not “think tea”. So more like “tea afterthought”. But the poke bowl was quite good. Disappointed by the portion size of the açaí bowl. They also ask you if you want PB or Nutella with it but they asked me each time in a tone that suggested it came with it. This last time I caught the one dollar charge and declined.

Normally I enjoy eating from here, but since the start of the covid pandemic, I'm shocked and horribly disappointed at the safety and sanitation practices of this establishment. Walking in the place was packed with no efforts at reducing the occupancy or social distancing, even doing the opposite by forcing everyone inside to cram the line up. Their masks are tiny plastic sheets sticking 3 inches away from there mouth, and cover nothing else so nothing is actually protected. I don't even think it could block a sneeze or cough. Frequently they were passing things back and forth with no regard to sanitation. They grabbed ingredients with there hands despite tongs inside each individual ingredient bin. When asking for chop sticks, the lady at the register grabbed a pair not in any kind of wrapping with her bare hands. She had been touching random strangers cards all day, without even any sanitizer, and she grabbed to utensil fully with no protection. Worst of all an employee was eating food in the dining area, and came back to start working again without washing her hands

It doesn't matter what your opinion is on the pandemic, because what's important to remember is if this is how they treat a major crisis, they're treating their regular business AND THE RAW FISH THEY SERVE DAILY just as poorly. I would highly recommend not going here if you value your health. I will never...

I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for over a decade, I’ve gotten so many free drinks through their rewards program primarily for the quality of their food and drinks. Unfortunately, the service has declined so drastically in the past year or two that I can no longer justify returning and I would advise others to think twice before visiting.

During our most recent visit, the line was backed up to the door, and the associate failed to even greet us or ask what we were ordering. Oddly enough, when the next two customers walked in behind us, she immediately asked them if they were just getting drinks, which they were and then invited them to skip ahead of us in line. We were also only getting drinks, and she didn’t bother to ask. She repeated this behavior with yet another guest shortly after. It felt dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, offensive.

We left. And after years of giving this place the benefit of the doubt, despite repeated experiences of poor customer service. This was the last straw.

The drinks might still be good, but consistent disrespect and declining service isn’t something any customer should put up with. We won’t be...
