Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

The service was magnificent. The lady had a wonderful personality and was super friendly. The only problem is the problem with all fast food. I almost never eat fast food, so today I am incredibly sluggish and retaining so much water. Fellow Americans, eat at home! I am a size 2 at 41 years old because I do not frequent fast food places. Taco Bell did a great job doing what I paid them to do. They prepared my food fast and with very friendly service, so I am giving them 5 stars. However, I lovingly recommend you consider that if you eat this kind of food regularly, you probably don't notice how toxic it is. I feel so tired, today. I had to expand my watch band a hole and my rings are tight on my fingers. Remember the documentary about the guy who ate McDonalds for like a month a d almost died? Let me suggest that a bowl of cereal is fast food, too. You feel like you are giving your kids more of a meal when you get fast food because it looks like a meal. I am a teacher, and if a kid in my class said they has cereal for a bunch of days for dinner, I would not think badly of the parent. I feel so awful today after eating fast food last night. If only I ate a bowl if cereal instead. I would have saved money and my health. This is written in love and not judgement. Please do not take anything I have written poorly. We are all free to choose in this country, and I praise God for that. I will never judge anyone for their choice in diet. I only hope you consider what I have written in love. Boyfriend and I took our lunch togethor and decided to try the new chicken crispinatas at Taco Bell. We went to the Taco Bell on Mary Esther and went through the drive through and they told us they could only take orders inside. So we went to the Taco Bell on eglin, they were out of the new crispinatas. So we ordered two steak quesadillas, a spicy potato taco, and two Baja blast freezes. The Baja blast freeze machine isn’t working so they asked if we wanted different freezes instead and we decided on getting just one instead of two. We get to the window and she gives us two freezes and charged us for two instead of just one (we ignored it) she gives us our bag of food and we leave the window soon to realize we didn’t get what we ordered. There was three chicken tacos in there, so we go back around and tell the lady we got the wrong order and she sat and stared at us with a annoyed look on her face and says “we can’t take the order back once it’s left the building”. She takes our receipt and she can see our receipt is correct and we did infact get the wrong food. She tells us to go park and the manager will come out to talk to us. We wait for about 15 minutes and the same girl comes out with our original receipt and a notepad and asks us what we ordered (even though the receipt in her hand she took from us says what we ordered) she doesn’t write anything down and says the manager will come out soon. Went to this taco bell and bought a party pack of cheesey dorito taco supremes. Took one bite of one it had the taste of chemicals. I had some other people try the tacos thinking it might have just been me but NOPE. Everyone that tryed the tacos all said the sames thing. They were horrible! So I took the tacos and my receipt for $18.73 back to the store. I told a gentleman that said he was the manager of taco bell who's name was rob Stewart that there was something wrong with the tacos. That they were bad and tasted like chemicals. That I just wanted my money back. He asked me where "HIS" tacos were and I said I had them in the car and I went out and got them. He then tells he doesnt sell bad food and I kept telling him to just try one of the tacos there is something wrong with them He wasn't trying to hear anything I had to say and proceeds to give me $9.00 of the $18 I spent because he said the other tacos were eating. There were half eatin tacos in the boxs from my co workers who also said there was something wrong with them. The manager / GM ( that what he said he was) is extremely rude and treated me as if I were in the wrong and was trying to get something for free. The tacos were bad. Plain and simple. He should have given me ALL my money back! That is good customer service! I do not think the manager of this store should keep his job. He is rude and a nasty person!
