I ordered thru the app for scheduled pick up. The drive thru staff told me that when ordering meals with many drinks (I ordered 4 drinks), I would need to come inside because I was holding up the drive thru. Are customers ordering many drinks with their meals have to order only in the store, so they could dispense their own drinks? I am not coming inside leaving my 4 young children (one is special needs) in the car while the staffs are too lazy to dispense my drinks. This is actually the second time it happens to me, the first one they told me I had to come in to get my order. Their excuse was my mobile order just came in on their computer system. So it seems like they do this on a regular basis. For customers ordering multiple drinks with your meals, be prepared to turn around and come inside the store to get your own drinks. It’s too bad because my children and I love Popeyes than other chicken fastfood. But with experience like this, I will take my business somewhere else. I thought this store has gotten better. They did get better with not forgetting to include sauce, but the unprofessionalism is still the same as before.

So apparently they have the original onion ring recipe back! I remember it like yesterday, picture it, Shreveport hot sunny day, a young Angels on her way to grab some popeyes onion rings during her 1hour lunch break from Dillards, hurriedly she orders gets her order and races back to work, only to become utterly disgusted by the bready oniony substance in her box. She calls to wonder what travesty has occurred that called for such a switch in the recipe. She learns that corporate has revamped the recipe. Shocked and hungry she phones her father who shares the love of this onion ring. They begin to compose a lengthy letter to mr. Popeye himself....to no avail the recipe was not changed. Then one fine summer day 7 years later Angel tries the onion rings once more and Glory to God the original crispy, flakey, buttery goodness of the onion ring she once loved has come again. Theyre back guys...she manifested the recipe into existence. Lesson here kids is to never give up, hold on to your dreams, one day you too could manifest perfection such as this. 🤣

I just went through the drive-through and ordered a three-piece chicken tender meal and my tenders are raw. They are serving raw chicken today. I tried to call them to let them know and no one will answer the phone. I am currently working and do not have time to go back there right this moment but as soon as I can I will be stopping back by there to show them that their chicken Azra a lot of people are going to get sick. So I finally got someone on the phone and they told me to bring it back and they would refund my money. Of course I had already eaten the mashed potatoes before I and one chicken tender before I realized that the chicken was raw. I’ve also been in the restaurant business myself for 20+ years. I think I know what raw chicken looks like. So they argued with me that the chicken was not raw and then they only gave me three dollars of the eight dollars that I paid for the raw chicken. I do not recommend is Popeyes at all and all by myself will never be back here again

Arrived at 9:39 waited in line for over 20 min. When we got to the menu board at 10:02 they flipped off the menu lights and announced that they are now closed. When we questioned why they allowed us to sit in line for 20 minutes to refuse us service, the lady came over the speaker saying they did a parking lot check and we were not there. She insisted we were wrong and that they couldn't do anything about it because " They is here to close the register". We explained multiple times that we had been waiting and she acted as if it was a lie. Not only us, but we had 5 cars behind us who all arrived before 10 pm and they refused service to all of us. The only way they would have done a parking lot check is if it had been done far too early. This staff was ready to go home but took no consideration of the people who waited. They also shouted obscenities at us through the window as we pulled off, maybe because we had the decency to go car to car and let the other people still waiting in line know that they would all be refused service. The car behind us had also been there 20 min and they had small children. This place doesn't deserve the 1 star review. If you only have drive through service and you are open till 10 you must serve all those who arrive at the location before ten... Everything else closes while you sit in line waiting only to be turned away. No way would I allow these people who have no ethics to work...

I went to this location for lunch today. The sign said the lobby was open but the doors were locked.

I redeemed a coupon on my app because I was supposed to be able to order inside - time limit: 15 minutes. I ended up having to sit in drive-thru and the coupon expired when someone two cars ahead of me ordered (shocking).

When I got a chance to order, I asked if I could use the coupon that expired just minutes prior. They wouldn't honor it. When I said that I enabled it when I was going to order inside and it expired sitting in drive-thru, I was told, "That's not my problem." I explained I had just called and talked to someone because they are super confusing, sign says the lobby is open - it isn't and that they're understaffed -- but that's not MY problem. Screenshot for 10 minutes prior to me ordering? Not valid - because "They don't know." I asked to speak to a manager - who was dealing with drive-thru apparently.

I was trying to order for work, while in drive-thru, called and asked my boss to pull up his app, enable the coupon and give me the code. "I can't honor it if you don't have the phone with you." Then was told to either order or get out of her line.

I never go to Popeyes -- I've been TWICE within YEARS. I go for my work once in a blue moon. Both times were poor experiences; rude employees, long wait times, etc.

But hey... might not have been her problem before but maybe...

Just a heads up! Do not order your food through the app because they will not update it and let you know if it's ready or not. The app will just keep saying "soon." After an hour, I came to Popeyes to check and see if they even gotten my order. Turns out the food had been done for an hour and was just sitting in the window the whole time. As I'm looking through the food, obviously the biscuits are stale and hard and the chicken looked dried out. I requested for fresh food since it was due to their negligence that this happened and they told me no... this will be my last time coming here due to their poor customer service. If you made a mistake, please own up to it. I just wanted to get my money's worth, but I ended up wasting close to $30 on food that's old and disgusting... I understand. Mistakes happen but please accommodate your customers when you're in error. This shows lack of care for the customer and lack of integrity. Also, when I requested for fresh food. The woman went to ask a lady whom I assume was the manager and she came back and told me no. The manager could've at least came and addressed the situation and showed some type of respect or remorse about what happened but she just looked at me from the back. Very...
