I love this place! I would've give 5 stars for the service, but they need to come up with a better system!! I came in this morning at 6:50am for ONE loaded tea, there was one lady ahead of me. Then the online orders started coming in, my son and I sat there for over 30 minutes watching every online order being made and the customer wasn't even there yet. They took precedent over the customers that were actually in the store. I almost had to ask for a refund because we were on the verge of being late to school and work. I get it, online orders are important too, but I'm literally standing there for 30 minutes watching them make the online orders. This is my go to Loaded Tea shop. The products are always on point. The staff is the friendliest bunch of folks I have come across in retail in years. The owners truly care about their business and are very genuine. I have tried some other shops and their teas are watered down. Dream Coast Nutrition blows the rest out of the water.
