Bad food, horrendous service, and horrible management!! We had family come from out of town this past Saturday. We chose to come to this location because it was easy for everyone to get to. I called to let them know that a table of 7 was coming in just as a courtesy, knowing that they don't do call ahead seating. We arrived and was told it would be 30 minutes, after that 30 minutes told it would be another 10-15 minutes before being seated, and then after that it took another 5 minutes. We were seated except for my 5 year old son who had to wait a few minutes for a chair to be seated at the end. Our server then took our drink order, came back and took our food order, we got our appetizers 10 minutes later and then we waited another 25-30 minutes for our food, by this time the restaurant was completely slowed down so no reason to take so long. Three out of the seven orders were incorrect and I asked to speak to the manager. Big mistake on my part. Told her about our almost hour wait to even be seated and then about the food not being done correctly. She literally looked at me and told me there was nothing she can do about my wait or why our food took so long, she only replaced my meal and no cost was taken off our bill for any inconvenience on the restaurants part. After being there for over 2 hours we got our bills, paid and I left zero tip on my credit card receipt, because our server only came to our table once after getting our food. We finally leave and the next morning I discovered that I was charged $10 extra dollars to my account. The server decided to give herself a not deserved tip at my expense. Called and talked to management about that issue as well as the service we received. She assured me that steps will be taken to get me my money back. She called me later that evening and said that I would be refunded my whole bill onto my card that I used. Called back yesterday and talked to the District Manager and they are only refunding the $10, and asked me if I wanted that back on my card or a gift card. What the heck?? What makes you think I will even return to your location after all the bad things that have happened? Plus if you have kids, don't go there because they will be crying that they are hungry because of how long it takes for food to even get to your table. We have had bad service and food at this location more than once, but gave it a go because it was close....
Read moreMy sister, my brother, and myself decided we wanted to go out with our children and enjoy a dinner... Instead we received the worst possible service we could get. As soon as we walked in the host was very rude and clearly did not want to be there. Once he walked us to the booth, I then asked for a highchair because clearly my 2 year old couldn't sit regularly at a table, he rudely stated "we don't put highchairs at the ends of booths'' so I asked for a booster, when he brought it back he said "it's been cleaned and sanitized," when I could clearly see it was dirty. We then sat at the table waiting for our waitress, she took 20 minutes to come, and greet our table. Once she got there, we were clearly ready to order, we ordered our drinks and our food at the same time, it took the waitress 30 minutes to bring all of our drinks to us. We then waited on our food and 30 minutes later we finally got our appetizers... At least 2 of the 3 that we ordered, my brother ordered queso.... Queso and never received it. After already waiting an hour for our food, 25 minutes after we got our appetizers, we finally got our food, in which our broccoli was not done in our chicken alfredo, and my brother did not receive his food... Again! We then asked her if his food was coming and she said "it's coming, I only have 2 hands," by then we were all ready to go and asked for boxes. Our kids did not get a chance to enjoy their food because of the fact that the service was absolutely awful. I am not one to write reviews, nor am I one to complain... Considering that I worked at a restaurant for almost 6 years, and I have never felt the need to be that person.but this, this was unbelievable... We were there for over an hour and a half and had the worst possible time. It took her another 10 minutes to bring our boxes to us, she kept fondling our boxes putting her hands inside of them, and when she finally brought us our check my sister and I both gave her our cards, I then watched her leave our cards at the register, to take care of other tables... Which is never okay. I am not sure if they judged a book by it's cover and felt that since we were a younger crowd that we wouldn't tip, so she just didn't take care of us... But she was just a flat out awful waitress.I have never had an experience like this, and I won't be going back to this Applebee's and I think my brother and sister could...
Read moreI ordered for curbside to go through the website. It was my cousins birthday and I wanted to treat her for the day. When I got there it was apparent they were busy, I waited 15-20min in the curbside spot but no one brought the food out. Honestly it wasn’t a problem at that point I ran in to grab the order. My order was missing the sides for every entree. The wings weren’t the right flavor and our drinks were the only thing correct. I called as soon as I got home so that I could run back and have it corrected. I was put on hold twice for more than 40 minutes. When the young women finally picked back up she told me there was nothing she could do tonight and hung up she was pretty rude about it and didn’t let me get a word in. I called the very next morning and spoke to Molly a manager at Applebees she was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. She reassured me that she would remake the entire order and apologized for what happened the previous night. I asked her that if I called later tonight if I would be able to pick up my order around the same time I did the previous night due to the fact thats when I get off work she said that would be perfectly fine. I called the same day at around 6:30 to reorder and the same women from the night before had picked up and she was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. At first I was told the manager on duty “didn’t do remakes” I asked to speak to him instead she told me to call back in an hour. I called back an hour later and was told he was busy and couldn’t come to the phone to call back in another hour. I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me, I asked again can I please speak to the manager and she hung up. I called back again and when I asked for the manager she told me she didn’t have a manager so no I couldn’t speak to him. Even though earlier she had told me to call back, I asked her name and she said she didn’t have to give it to me, and didn’t care if I complained because she wouldn’t be fired anyways. I just wanted my order remade correctly, I didn’t expect to be treated that way multiple times by the same person. I make it to work and occasionally have time to stop for dinner on the way home with it being a special occasion the other night I just wanted to fret her and myself the best way I could and it was disappointing to have to go through all that multiple times when I was told it...
