Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

The food was ok the place wasn't that clean when I went in and like I get their busy but I've worked Fridays rush hour for breakfast and lunch and dinner at mcdonalds and was able to keep the lobby cleaner while taking orders but anyways when I went in I saw who I'm 99 percent sure was the manager treating some of his employees horribly and then was giving obvious favoritism to others and I usually won't say anything especially in a Google review but no one should treat their employees how i saw and then go and immediately joke around with others the sadness I saw in the employees eyes I've seen it and felt it myself at places I've worked with managers who let all their power go to their head and don't remember where they came from cause I don't really know any manager who didn't have low level employee work history at one point and your job as a manager is to be their for your employees to help your employees do your job to the best of your ability have a clean and positive work space provide great service and treat everyone above and below you with the same kindness and respect you would want shown to you from your boss or anyone else really. I'm sorry to all the employees who work their and get treated horribly just to make ends meet just remember their are better opportunities out there and sometimes things might work out where you are now but always keep your options open and remember that respect is earned not given do your job well earn that respect and if your still not getting it and your manager treats you poorly or doesn't do their job you don't always have to take it and your not alone theirs employees all over the world who know what your...

I love Chipotle, however this location has time and time again left me frustrated. This past year they have declined in customer service(they talk about how they can’t wait to get off work and complain about life to each other all while “helping” the customer and repeatedly asking what we asked for cause they’re in conversation with their coworkers), cleanliness (food all over the place cross contamination with dairy in salsa, guacamole and all over the counters) and quality of food(lack of flavor!!!) I just went there to order one salad bowl, chips and drink. They were out of the soda I liked so I got my second choice only to find out it was a Diet Coke instead of root beer. Came back in the store to tell one of the girls working and she just looked at me and continue to do what she was doing. So I waited a little bit and came back up to the front to talk to another person and they said they haven’t been able to go check on them cause they’ve been having problems with the syrup. I asked him to check right then cause I had already been in the store for 20 mins while my 5 kids and husband were in the car waiting since they had already eaten lunch somewhere else. He left to check and said sorry we’re out of what you want. So I asked for a refund of my drink, which they did give me. I get in the car to start eating my salad and there is no flavor in anything!!!! What the heck Chipotle! I have NEVER had this happen and no I don’t have the Rona! Very disappointed and will not go back into this specific Chipotle again.

Saturday 6-21-2025 at 10:25pm I stopped in Coliseum Chipotle after getting off work, there was a short line of 4 people. After the current customer paid and left there was 3 young gentlemen in front of me. 1 was on his phone leaned up against the glass and the other two were talking across the counter. One worker leaves and the burrito maker left with another coworker. So no one is taking orders. The two were carrying food containers in the back from the prep area while chatting with who seemed to be the the customers in front of me. At first I didn't think anything about it, then one of the young ladies arrives and the 2 gentlemen and her start talking about how they are all closing together the next couple of days. They were very excited but at this point I had been waiting for 10 minutes . The young women said "Are you guys eating" the two young men said "No, we just want drinks" the young lady says "Hold on, I got to fix my food first" like REALLY????????!!!!!!!?????????!!!???????? Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! I'm still dumb founded.... Why are workers not on the clock, distracting workers on the clock? Why are workers not on the clock standing in front of the line that just want drinks? Why are workers on the clock not actively trying to move the line? Why was I ignored????? I left.
