Upon arrival we attempted to enter the lobby because we wanted to sit down and have a meal only to find it locked. The drive thru had 6 people in it so we opted for that, couldn’t take too long right? WRONG. The cars were moving but they were moving slow. About 3-5 minutes per car once they got to the speaker. Upon reaching the speaker box we were met with a request to not order right away. 4 minutes passed, we were then asked to place our order. No apology for the wait. As we pulled around to the DT window to pay we were in disbelief to discover there were no cars ahead of us at the pickup window. We were the only order they were working on. The window opened and we were met with very loud music and could hear conversations of the other employees over the music. We asked the staff working why they made each car wait to order until the car in front of them had their food. Their response was because “the timer only allowed them to take one order at a time” they also mentioned that this was a “new improvement that Arby’s is using to improve efficiency” …what?? How is that efficient? Overall time spent in DT from arrival to departure was 40 minutes, 6 people ahead of us upon arrival. So the wait wasn’t due to product shortage when the order came in, but instead was simply the fact that the staff was waiting to take orders until they had completed the previous car’s order, which in the fast food industry equates to better ratings from corporate because they were able to fill orders faster since it was “dead” according to their order statistics. After that long wait you’d think the food would be immaculate but that was not the case. Food was cold and frys were stale. Might as well be closed. Would’ve saved my money and time.

Read moreSign all lit up and looking forward to my favorite and only fast food restaurant I visit but couldn't drive up to the window as a large garbage container was blocking one entrance and another vehicle was blocking the other entrance. My friend and I parked and walked to the drive-thru thinking the asphalt was being redone or something. We noticed a couple women inside cleaning so we gently tapped on the glass and ask if they were open. One of the ladies RUDELY said we're renovating and you drove thru our barricades. I said we walked here and asked why you would be closed but have the huge orange Arby sign lit up inviting people in when you're not open. She slammed the window shut and yelled from inside to get out of here!! I will NEVER stop at that Arby's again and I strongly encourage everyone that loves Arby's food to travel a bit further and get it from someone else...who cares about people and their satisfaction....
Read moreI went their today to get a sandwich and a shake, because I had a coupon to get a free one. I handed the lady the coupon then separately handed her my credit card. She rang up my total and handed me my credit and receipt. Except, instead of marking the shake as free and just charging me for the sandwich, she hands me a receipt charging me for both. The coupon wasn't expired or anything, she just toke it like I was handing her a thank you card. When she brought me my food I told her their was something wrong on their and she acted like she had NO clue what I was taling about. Then, she acknowledged that she may have done somehing wrong, so a senior, or just plain out smarter, employee "helped" her. ... the other employee just handed me what the shake cost. I probaly should have checked to make sure she included tax but I wasn't having any more of either of...
