We went in to get the signature scoops advertised with the rainbow sherbet with gummy bears. The ladies working the counter were complaining the whole time we were in the store and talked very poorly to a man with a language barrier. She said “I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT.” The man and his son felt awkward and left. She saw our order on the screen and said “ I don’t know what a signature scoop is. What is it?” I explained to her what it was supposed to be and she told me they were out of gummy bears. They were then talking about our orders right in front of us how we placed the order on a kiosk. But we went with the kiosk because upon entering the girl said she would be right with us, then did not acknowledge us after that. We decided we just wanted to leave and asked for a refund. Finally got thru and and explained and was told I was over charged and what did I want them to do about it. I tried to explain to them and was only hung up on. I called back and again no answer. I finally got thru again only to be told that it was not dunkin donuts, and hung up on again. Excuse me I just called the same number how is it not dunkin?? Finally got thru again to find out that they do not have a manager at the location and the employee that had hung up on me repeatedly does not know his own name!!!! WOW really poor customer service! Read moreToday we tried to door dash two shakes from here and they didn't have the ice cream flavors for the shakes they offered on the door dash menu. first of all don't offer those flavors then if you can't fulfill them. In today's world of modern technology yes that is possible, if you are unable to digitally update your menu you probably shouldn't participate in food delivery services.
But then instead of trying to work with us and offer other flavors they were acting irritated with the door dasher, listed about two flavors and then just told her the manager was cancelling our order. We weren't event offered a call or the time of day. I tried calling the store and got voicemail.
