Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

So I started coming to this location further from my house, because they always got my drink right and had quick service. Fast forward and I had surgery on 6/1/23 so my husband went to this location daily to get my refresher. Light water extra base, no problems ever. Then was told will have to charge extra for it.... This location does not serve dark roast coffee after 12pm daily. Not sure why this is a policy, but they really enforce it. I've ordered it multiple times on the Starbucks app in the last few months only to be told when I tried to pick up my order that they don't serve dark roast after noon. What?! With no one in the place I've waited upwards of 15 minutes to get a coffee. Most of the people working in the morning don't even have a concept of customer service.
