Customer service educators should definitely pay this store a visit as they are in desperate need. Tonight we couldnāt get say right away as the hostess was a trainee who was left at the front by herself & didnāt know how to choose a table for our family or where someone was that could help so, we all just stood and waited together. After we get a table our waitress goes to get our drinks, forgets what she puts in the cups so has us all just try every drink and figure it out ourselves (usually not a huge deal but, it gets better). She tells us about the BOGO special for the wings. We are a large family so we tell her we will do the BOGO for 30 wings (60 total). She proceeds to tell us she isnāt sure if the deal covers the 30 wings but she will check. We tell her okay great we are just trying to get a total of 60 wings (if we need to order 2 BOGO sets of 15 wings then we will do that). Also weāve gotten a bottomless appetizer that we canāt get refilled because our waitress does not come back to the table. Our food comes out (waitress has yet to return to refill drinks or confirm the BOGO deal naturally we assume we have the BOGO deal). Parts of our order are missing & we didnāt get any dipping sauces. We have to ask multiple times and wait (obnoxious waiting while our hott food gets cold) to get our sauce. She just did not put part of our order in and so we wait for the rest of the order. Food comes out we eat (we were done eating before we got refills) we ask for boxes & we waitā¦& waitā¦&waitā¦. Our toddler at the point has had enough heās tired and 4/6 family members head to the car. We are still waiting & asked for boxes again. We are told she had to take another tableās order (this table, while a larger party was trickling in and had just sat down) also for context this was not a busy restaurant a handful of tables with multiple servers 5 people at the hostess stand on their phones. We ask a third time for boxes and the check. At this point it obvious the majority of our party has left the restaurant. Finally get boxes and the check. We go to pay at the front, because the server never offered to take our payment. We are standing waiting & finally one the 5 people at the hostess stand ask what the name is for our order. We say we are trying to pay the bill & they ask who the server was and offer to go get her. They return only to tell us our server āhad no ideaā we were ready to leaveā¦ā¦.. & that we can go to the other side of the dining room to the server to pay the bill. We go to pay and I ask if the BOGO deal is going to be applied to our $140 š bill & the waitress tells me that she told us BOGO did not apply to 30 wingsā¦ā¦. 𤯠& then continues to tell me that my husband told her it was āfineā & refused to honor the deal. We paid and left. My mind is still blown. It was an absolute nightmare dining experience. Words do not do it justice. We will not be returning...

When I got home and my family started eating we realized the wings weren't cooked all the way they were partially raw. I called the restaurant and explained this to the manager. I said I would heat them in my oven but just wanted them to know that they sent out wings that weren't cooked all the way. He said to place another order and say we had a free order with my name next time we wanted wings. 2 weeks later I remember this and we decide to give them another shot plus they were free so that's awesome. I ordered the wings and went to pick them up. The manager was there and said that their friers are timed and there was no way they sent out wings that were undercooked and I was trying to scam them. I told him I dont need to scam anyone I make plenty of money I was just told by him 2 weeks ago that they would replace my wings (which I never even asked for in the first place IT WAS OFFERED). I've worked as a cook in plenty of resturaunts when I was younger and I know sometimes this happens even tho it's timed. The oil could of not been hot enough, the timer could of been pressed before they put it in or they could of fried partially frozen wings. I was basically berated at the register for being a liar and a scammer. I haven't been to Buffalo wild wings for 10 years now because of how I was treated by the worst manager in a resturaunt I've ever met. They deserved a low rating 10 years ago so but I just now got to it because it popped up on my phone. He lured me in there under the false pretense of "making it right" and treated me like garbage. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in on a Wednesday night. Asked for cheese curds and they were out. Asked for onion rings and they were out. Ordered a chicken breast sandwich and you guessed it OUT! The server said they were "really busy last night and ran out of a lot of stuff." I know people that worked there as managers and they always pulled product from other stores from Auburn and all over Fort Wayne. Apparently, they can't be bothered. As the sun went down we asked the server to pull the blinds on the windows we were facing. She came back and said there weren't any blinds for those two windows. The ONLY windows without blinds! Temperature wise it was warmer than desired and they kicked cooler air on twice. Service you ask? Slow! We put in our drink and app order and they brought a Pepsi and apps. We were halfway done with the apps when she finally brought the two beers. The bar wasn't busy, so I'm pretty certain she forgot. We ordered the wings extra crispy, but they came out normal. She said the wait was for my smash burger. You know, the burger they press the life out of and cook quickly? Yeah, waiting on that. I knew better and my eleven year old even asked if I was sure I wanted to go there. I like the burgers, so yes. Hindsight says don't do...
