Chevvy's Pizza & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I've would of gave it a five, but this last time I was here I had a jaw dropping experience. U usually get excellent service when I come. I always had a male bartender. This last time it was a woman. Me and my friend stop by on our way coming from working out late. It was around 1am. When we sat down the customer to left of us informed the bartender that she overcharged her by $10. The lady apologize and thank her for catching it early. The bartender said three days ago she overcharged another person. The lady took our food order. While we wait, she had took four shots and went outside to a Jeep with a bottle of liquor and had some shots out there with her friends. She came back in and gave us our food. We ask for our checks. My friend won money off of pull tabs. She gave the tickets to the bartender to cash out. The bartender took my card and my friend money for our order. The bartender came back and stood in front of us and waited for me to sign my receipt and said y'all not going to tip. I look at my friend and watch her give her a four dollar tip. The lady then turn around and said that's all y'all giving. I said yes. She said enjoy ya night and don't come back. I said that's rude. She yell what do we do to people that don't tip good. I ask for her name and the owner name. I called the next day and left a message with the owner.. This happen Monday but today Friday. I never got...

I'm a freemason and for some reason some of my brothers like to come here and eat so we almost always come to Chevy after lodge on Saturdays. I've had different experiences seeing that we eat there all.tbe time. One Saturday we were definitely rushed out of the restaurant. Like the owner came out for 10 to 20 minutes and sat a table over from us. I looked at him and gave him a knod. He went back to the back then for some reason our server came out with our bill as if to say it's time for you to go. Super weird. Lol everyone got the message. We paid and everyone left. Now this doesn't happen all the time. Last time when we are there we had a different waitress. She was super cool. No rush out and we had a pretty cool time. Only thing I can say is it's a hit or miss at this place. The food is ok. Nothing spectacular. Had the Hawaiian pizza. ...

This was our very first and will be our very last time. Did we visit this establishment? Simply because there was nowhere in the menu nor on the front door nor did the waitress. Tell us that if you use a credit card. There's a service charge. I find that to be very deceptive. And not forthcoming, on your policies. So, as far as I'm concerned, I will never step foot in your establishment ever again. And that's a really crying shame because your food is really good. I was all set to give the Waitress, a very nice tip until I seen the bill. Come back to my table with a service charge again. Once I say if you don't show somewhere in your establishment, did you charge a service charge for credit card use? I find that a very deceptive and deceitful place to do business.
