Parking is metered as it is Downtown and limited parking is available directly outside of the restaurant. The environment was more loud, friendly and upbeat. Very welcoming staff. Service was great and food arrived quickly, but courses weren’t timed out. The Marigold Chai Ash & Elm Cider was super delicious and paired beautifully with the Buffalo Chicken Dip, creating a curry-like flavor. I preferred the pita over the tortilla chips. The creamy savory Bruschetta Grilled Cheese and Tomato Bisque wrapped this meal up nicely. I loved that it had goat cheese on it. This is my favorite grilled cheese now. The Slop was a little under seasoned for my preference and was delivered at the same time as the grilled cheese, so it was cold by the time I got to eating it. I did like that all of the ingredients in the Slop were the same texture and no crunch in the pepper, tomato or onion. Very delicious reheated too. When trying the Strawberry Guava Topo Chico Hard Seltzer was no strong seltzer flavor and it provided a clear, bright tasting linger of strawberry guava. I’m personally not a fan of seltzers, but this one was a winner.

This place came highly recommended, so I may have had big expectations. I was, however, disappointed. I am not sure why ALL patrons must be over 21 years of age, but that is what the sign on the front door said. So this place is NOT a family-friendly restaurant. The waitress was, however, very friendly. The flavor of the food was average. My "spicy over-easy" egg was neither spicy nor overeasy, but because it took 30 minutes to get to the table, I wasn't about to send it back. If you think a half hour is not a long time to wait for a fried egg on avocado toast, then this place is for you. The atmosphere was noisey. There was piped in music overhead, and the acoustics of the room are not conducive to intimate conversations. The price was commensurate to the quality of the food. I am not sure if I will be returning to give dinner a try, which is my usual custom, but I like to keep my options open.

Oh man, this was such a great find. So glad I showed up at 9am to get a cheese burger. It's got a fun, up beat energy to the place. It was busy and popping early in the AM. I was by myself so I just sat at the bar. Got a cherry coke, cheeseburger with feta, garlic aioli, and soft cooked egg, and it came with a side of potatoes. Potatoes reminded me of my mom's, it was herby, rosemary-ey, yummy. The workers are so bubbly and friendly. I can't describe the cheeseburger. Probably top 2 I've ever had. It was meaty, with a great texture. It wasn't overly processed, you could tell it was great quality meat! I then ordered a chocolate coffee to go. The whole meal was 27 bucks, not bad at all given how much I got and how good it was. I'm not from the area but highly recommend this place. They have out door seating, too!

Not good!!!i ordered from wow.the food came 2 hrs after ordering, which did not help. I have asked wow time and time again to please keep the warm food and the cold food separate!!!!don't they have staff meatings to reinforce what should go whithout sayin? The salad and the sandwhich were righf on top one another!!so of course the drsg for the salad, also warm, it smelled bad and it tasted bad.it went in the trash!!the sandwich(codcake)was this little round thing the size of a breakfast sausage in the middle of 2 grease soaked pieces of bread with a mayonaise-based drsg already on it!!!! What is wrong with people!!!!!?????in the trash!!!again i spent 37.00+on a glass of milk, that was still somewhat cool.but consmable. And 1milkshake, also consumable, but not worth 37.00 there should be a way to get compensation for food i worked hard to pay for but had to trash. If you were setting in the restaurant, you'd send a mess like that right back to kitchen!! I don't know who's more to blame?? The dash-in or wow, or both??? But i should not have had to pay!!!!

Very disappointed, angry, and...

Dash-In in Fort Wayne, IN, nails a cozy, eclectic vibe that feels like a hip neighborhood hangout. Tucked in a historic building, it blends exposed brick, quirky art, and warm lighting, creating a welcoming spot for coffee, brunch, or cocktails. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, with locals chatting over craft brews or working solo with laptops. It’s the kind of place where you can linger without feeling rushed, perfect for a morning pastry or an evening bite. The staff is a friendly, slightly scattered crew—always warm and eager to chat, but occasionally juggling too many tasks at once. They’ll greet you with a smile, recommend a signature latte or their famous grilled cheese, and make you feel at home, even if they fumble an order during a busy brunch rush. Their enthusiasm outweighs the minor chaos, adding to the place’s charm. You can sense their passion for keeping the vibe fun and inclusive, making Dash-In a go-to for anyone craving a laid-back spot with heart. It’s not perfect, but the staff’s genuine friendliness and the inviting atmosphere make it a...
