We had the absolute honor of hosting our wedding reception at the Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne, and it was nothing short of magical. The venue itself is breathtaking — elegant, timeless, and full of character. It provided the perfect backdrop for a night we will never forget. From lighting to layout, the Embassy had everything we needed, and then some.
But what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible care and service we received from Brittneay King-Pope. From start to finish, Brittneay went above and beyond in every imaginable way. She didn’t just manage the space — she managed moments, moods, and miracles. There were more than a few times where she quite literally saved the day, all while keeping a calm, joyful presence that made us feel supported and seen.
Brittneay was organized, responsive, incredibly kind, and fully committed to making our wedding feel not just smooth, but special. She anticipated needs before we even voiced them, solved problems before we saw them, and made sure everything ran beautifully behind the scenes so we could just focus on celebrating.
We cannot thank the Embassy Theatre — and especially Brittneay — enough for their hospitality, excellence, and heart. It truly felt like they cared about our day as much as we did. If you’re considering the Embassy for your wedding or event — do it. You’ll be in the very best hands.

Read moreThe embassy is a beautiful venue for a concert. From a history standpoint, it's awesome. It's a cluster trying to get in because they have all the drink vendors right in the entrance area. People from the back of the theatre left their assigned seats and made their way down to the front of the theatre to stand in the aisles! So rude, considering you pay more to be up front. They clogged up the aisles so anyone who paid for a seat close to the front couldn't really get out of their seat without going through the crowd in the aisle. I'm not sure why staff wasn't coralling people to go back to their actual seats because they carried around signs that said "no pictures or videos." But many people were taking pics and videos anyway, so in the end, they really didn't care. My seat was in the back of the theatre, and my view was great. It's a small venue where really no seat...
Read moreI've been on the planet long enough to have experienced the Embassy Theatre for over 50 years. I remember well the renovation in the work the citizens of Fort Wayne put in to save it from the wrecking ball. And what a save! It is not only acoustically perfect, but it is a beautiful theater. There isn't really a bad seat in the house. I just signed up for season tickets for myself and my daughter, we're both looking forward to each and every show on the bill! Kinky Boots is up first, and we're both pumped for that one for sure! There isn't a bad one in the bunch though. A wonderful asset to Fort Wayne! If you just want to look at the theater the beautiful architecture the Rococo designs and gilding and all of that wonderful stuff, the Festival of the trees coming up very soon is a wonderful opportunity to do so, as well as look at all the Fantastic trees! Love love love...
