Super disappointed with the service and sandwich i paid for. It The sandwich was very dry, the meat was crusted over from being left out and no moisture, and it tasted bland. I only took one then bite called the store to and spoke to the manager. He tried to remedy the situation, but could tell his patience was thin. I received an apology and a free sandwich, but really just wanted management to make sure crew members are being trained fully before being aloud to make customers food. All they need to do is train their people more thoroughly. If he had just seen the sandwich even he wouldn't have eaten it....

This location has gone way down hill. Ordered delivery to leave at the door. Monitored on the app. Just kept saying out for delivery. Little did we know the bag had been sitting on the porch. No idea how long. Driver never rang the bell. I assumed that would be common sense. 3 wrapped sandwiches, no names on any. Had to open each to figure it out. The chips I paid for not in bag. Called the store, said they would send driver back with the chips. As of this writing, that was 40 mins ago. Freaky fast? No. Freaky accurate? No. Too many sandwich shops in the area to deal with that crap. $44.00 for...

Just a reminder to the wait staff here that when you make a customers sandwich, proper mask wearing has no margin for error. It goes over your nose. You are breathing on food that someone will eat, how can you be so shameless?
