We ordered an XL pepperoni pizza as well as a Turkey club, food took about 35 to 40 mins to get out to us when it did the sandwhich was basic but still tasty, the pizza however was undercooked in the middle which was disappointing in general but was emphasized by the wait even more, not to mention each slice only had one maybe 2 slices of pepperoni on them, the pricing is also a lie average pizzas range between $18 to $20+ subs at most other restaurants include a side of fries or chips theirs do not, higher price than expected for average food.

I ordered two BBQ pulled pork large grinder and a small pizza grinder it over $ 37.00 . When open the pulled pork there was hardly any meat on them so I called and complained to the manger she said that is the way there supposed to be . She says we have to weigh the meat now . For 14 dollars a grinder you would expect there would be enough meat to at least cover the bread . So if you want bread go there and eat . But if you want meat on your bread go somewhere else

Got two pizzas cheese with extra cheese and a sausage. Was not what I expected for 16 bucks each the cheese is only 8 oz of cheese there extra cheese is only 2 oz they more over cooked on both of them and to use a debit card it's an 4% charge yes 4% of order costs went back and got a full refund won't ever go back

cant really tell you how the food is.... because their ability to follow directions is... wild to say the least... have you ever felt like you were on punkd? literally just ask for steak cheese and mushrooms nothing else specifically listing all of the things you dont want(did it because first time I tried also resulted the same so I thought a list of dos and donts in the order would help... it didnt) and then receive the sandwich... with zero mushrooms... some steak some cheese(asked and was charged for extra) a pile of lettuce mayo onions and peppers(all the things listed that I did not want).... like legit double portioned everything i said not to include.... twice... was reading the hard part?.. or did you just think you knew my preferences better than me? over charging that much for sandwich then telling me I have no rights to preference is crazy work this place is dead to me no clue why people...

Haven't had Mancinos since it closed in Warsaw, IN! Ate here in Ft Wayne 12/2020. Smells great in there. Ordered a 12" pepperoni pizza and a 8" Italian grinder. For the grinder, bread is great. Needs more meat and lettuce plus it doesn't have any Italian dressing, just mayo from what I have noticed so just the meat would be "italian" based. Overall pretty good. Sub was a 6.5 out of 10.

The pizza could be really good because the dough is good and the cheese is gooey and heavy. Really they need more sauce on these and pepperoni for sure . Load it up! Pizza to me was a 6 out of 10. Cheese was the best part. Good quality cheese.

Oh, we ordered bread sticks and they are really good quality but the cheese was cold and straight out a can. Would be better warmed up. Would rate the breadstick 8/10 and the cheese a 4/10. It will be awhile before we come back but I will eventually want to try their...

Had an online order today of chicken ranch bacon wrap, and .99 cent special 32 oz drink. Upon arrival at the correct time, they had no idea they had online orders and explained they were having some difficulty with their online options for the past week. The apologized and went to work right away. Understandably, I stood and waited as they promptly made my food, and the other orders they had not seen yet online. The food was made quick, but efficiently and tasted great. Im very happy with the service and food quality. The store was super clean and smelled wonderful. Would definitely go back for further orders, however might call in the next few times till they can figure out what the deal is with the online order fault. Would...
