Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I orderd a pizza after work on a Friday night at 10 10 pm it said the pizza would be ready for pick up in 15 to 24 minutes . I pull up at papa johns 20 minutes later and I give the employee my name about 15 mins later he comes back to the window asking me to pull up out of the drive through so the customers behind me could get their food because my food still wasn’t ready 35 mins after ordering I pull off go to the back of the drive through line and wait another 15 minutes when I get back to the window he tells me that a delivery driver had accidentally took our pizza so they had to remake it ( by this point I had already waited 40 mins for my pizza ) he tells me to pull in front of the store and in about 15 mins it would be brought out to me . I go wait again in front of the store for 20 more minutes !!! So I pull back up to the drive through and they finally have my pizza ready or I thought but when they handed me my pepperoni pizza it’ was wrong it was meat lovers i didn’t order it . I finally get so ticked off I ask to speak to the manager and after waiting over an hour for 1 pizza I did have a attitude with the manager but he starts yelling at me telling me to take my business elsewhere If I’m going to have a attitude . He was completely unprofessional when he asked for my reciept he snatched it out of my hand . Horrible customer experience took them about a hour and a half to make me 1 peperonni pizza . Will never return to...

Just ordered a pizza for my boyfriend who lives a block away. (I do not live with him) He had a rough day and I really wanted to surprise him with a pizza That looked like a pokeBall since we play Pokémon together in our free time. Matt was really helpful on the phone and helped me through the process and I left a $10 tip on a $17 pizza for all the hassle.

Three times I asked to make sure they wrote “I choose you” on the box. They did not. Which wouldn’t have bothered me all that much except for the fact that the design of the pizza was so deformed that it didn’t look like a pokeball at all so my partner had no idea what it was. I had to laugh it when he sent me a picture. It actually looked so awful he called me and asked why the toppings looked weird. It looked like someone dragged their hand across it.

I did give the driver the wrong address but after he called and I explained to him where he lived he continued to ask me to tell him instructions because he kept going to where the GPS took him. My partner mentioned he was pretty sure the driver was stoned out of his mind. i cannot deny or confirm. I’m simply stating what he observed. But it was a frustrating process either way as he asked me to send him my location and I told him I was not there.

Coldwater Papa John's is the one to never go to. I ordered my food to be cooked well and I ordered a few extras and none of that was what I received. All of my food wasn't even cooked normal. My chicken wings were pink. But

I spend more than 30 min trying to get someone on the phone. I selected the option for talking to the manager and the phone kept ringing. After 15 rings I hung up and called back and pressed the option for an existing order. I tried this option two times and both times I was hung up on. I then tried the new order option and I finally got a person. He told me he was going to transfer me. I let him know what i had encountered, his solution was to go to the front office and let them know not to hang up on me, guess what happened when he transferred me. Yep another hang up. When I called back he answered again and then told me he had never talked to me. He transferred me again and I actually got a person in the office. Whoever I spoke with was the most unconcerned uncaring not customer service oriented person in customer service I've dealt with.
