Pikoso Burrito Co. — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

this is one of the first food stalls you’ll encounter entering the electric work food hall. I went back-and-forth between the different stands trying to figure out what I wanted to eat and I ended up settling on their $14 steak burrito. I will say that the portion they give you is quite large, however, for the price you pay you expect it. I feel that the burrito is a step up from chipotle burritos, but Mexican restaurant burritos definitely have a little bit more flavor and come with free chips and salsa. This was not a cheap Mexican meal which puts the rating really between a three and a four star restaurant. The most delicious and authentic tacos around. Great flavor, light enough to not feel like they weigh you down, and all around wonderful. Staff is very kind and friendly. Service was fast. Quality was top notch, down to the corn tortilla not falling apart under the weight of the delicious toppings. Salsas are delicious too! We enjoyed these so much we went back for another order of tacos. I got the vegetarian ones (which are vegan), and husband got the carnitas. Staff was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Prices are a little higher than some similar restaurants but the freshness of the food is worth it! The chicken had great flavor and there was a good portion of meat in each taco. The pineapple salsa had a nice refreshing flavor and paired well with the marinade on the chicken.
