My Wedding day was beyond beautiful and I wouldn't have had it any other way. However, I contacted blush bridal to do my hair and make up back in February for my July 13, 2019 wedding and rented out the whole space to get ready for my bridesmaids and I. Communication was AWFUL. After 2-3 emails and not receiving anything back for WEEKS, I would just have to call the store for answers and half the time they didn't have answers for me. It was like pulling teeth to get an answer on what time I needed to be there the day of the wedding. It was really inconvenient. I finally got a makeup trail scheduled with Tori and it went well. I had peace of mind for the wedding. The day before the wedding I got an email saying that Tori, the person from my makeup and hair trial, wasn't going to be there the day of my wedding and that she had some training class to be at. I feel like I should have been made aware before the day before my wedding...What was the trial run for? It was not something I wanted to hear the day before my wedding, like I said communication was bad.

The girls who were there were super sweet and I really enjoyed my time. I found out later that the girl who did my hair doesn't usually do updos (what my mother-n-law found out). grace and her girls did an amazing job, this review does not reflect her or the team that came to my wedding. i had my trial in 2022 and everything went smoothly! i paid my deposit and was extremely satisfied with how it all turned out! by april/may of 2023 i had conversations with all my other vendors but could not get ahold of Blush. i tried calling, email, instagram DM. it took until mid may to hear from someone for my wedding in june. by the time i got someone to reply to me i was told they would not honor the prices i was given at my trial which i understood since there was no contract. day of my event the girls were talking about how 2 of them were not licensed and they used the same brushes/beauty blenders on my bridal party and the mothers (9 total) with no cleaning in between. my hair did not even make it to the wedding before it fell out. grace and her team were fun and kept the day light and this review is not a reflection of them but rated 3 stars for the lack of communication, lack of hygiene, and having to pay almost $200 a person when 2 of my 4 stylists were not licensed. would...

I used Blush Bridal & Beauty for hair and makeup for myself, bridesmaids and my mom. I set up a bridal trial with Grace and I drove over 2 hours to get to their location and no one was there when I arrived. I called the number multiple times and finally sent an Instagram message. The owner Harley responded and immediately apologized and drove over to meet me to get started. I'm not sure if Grace forgot or what, but we weren't off to a great start. But once hair and makeup started things got better. Harley and Grace were very friendly! And Harley even gave me a free gift because of the mishap. The trial went great and we got all the last details written down. For our wedding day they arrived on schedule and got started. My bridesmaids were very happy with their hair. My mom was also happy with her makeup, but wished they would've done just a bit more with her hair. I was pleased with my hair and makeup. It was exactly like the trial we did.
