This was our first time at a Dutch Bros and to say our experience was terrible would be an understatement. Never have I experienced such racism and rude customer service. We each downloaded the Dutch Bros app and were offered a free drink through the app. After ordering outside at the walk up, we realized things were taking quite long. After getting a workerās attention we asked her for the status of some of our drinks that we hadnāt yet received. She then proceeded to tell us that she looked through all the receipts and the order was not there, I explained to her that we did put in our order with another worker. She then proceeded to tell us that the coupon was previously used and I explained to her that it was because the order had already been placed. She then proceeded to tell us that the coupon couldnāt be used more than once and speaking to us in a condescending tone, all while the drink magically appeared next to her. The drive through was busy, the walk up was busy, I can understand if the order fell through the cracks. What I canāt understand is the accusation of us trying to āstealā or āget one overā on the store. Your workers should know that all black people are not crooks & all other races are not innocent. You would think that another worker that actually took our order would have stood up for us and verified that they did in fact take our order, but they did not.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWith never trying Dutch Bros, I was curious to try it out. I won't return. Upon driving in, we opted to go inside. Parking is an INSANE issue! All the parking is on the OPPOSITE side of the entrance doors. IT MAKES NO SENSE!!! When we entered, we were met with blaring music. I couldn't hear what the barista was saying and had to ask NUMEROUS times for her to repeat herself. I had to use the restroom and asked the barista for the code, but she said no, and would give it only AFTER making our purchase. At this point, I was DONE! We ordered 2 items from the menu and I put my card in the chip reader. After taking my card out, I watched the barista FORGE my signature on the iPad!! I brought this up to her and she didn't seem to care. What's to stop me from notifying my CC company and disputing this charge??? Since my signature was FORGED!!! The barista left the register and disappeared for SEVERAL minutes!! She probably spit in our drinks! The shift lead came to the register and handed us our drinks. I brought up the FORGED CC signature, but she said I couldn't sign because of COVID!! Even though it was proven you couldn't get it from surfaces.
Overall, a HORRIBLE experience and that barista needs an attitude adjustment!! GO...

Call corporate & they give you nothing in return. Itās a terrible business. They donāt pay their employees worth a damn either! Awful company. Sure had me fooled for a bit. The photo is my drink after removing the āiceā. LOL this place is an absolute joke. Customer service is just as awful. They donāt ask how youāre doing, they canāt keep up with the volume of business either. Such a shame.
Update 12/31/24 ā¦.. I got this glorious response from their ācustomer support teamā lol! I cannot make this up. She legitimately explained the can sizes of redbullā¦ā¦ donāt sell 32oz drinks with only 16oz of actual drinkā¦.. common sense. Donāt explain something stupid to me, like a child.
