The customer service at this location has been declining for the past year or more with young employees who aren't familiar with the menu and crowded, extended wait times for all the cars asked to "pull ahead" and wait after the drive through. I visited this location 1/2/23, after asking what an unlabeled flavor in the case was, waiting for the employee to recruit a coworker to find a spoon so that they could taste it, I was told they couldn't identify it or even describe it really. She did take the initiative to call over yet another coworker who also wasn't sure what three flavor was (maybe Ben and Jerry's?), I decided it was best to skip the ice cream and told her I would just go ahead and order a meal from the menu. I stepped ahead to the cash register and the employee went to the next person in line and after several employees came to the register without even acknowledging us standing there I walked out. On the 17th we were stopped just prior to leaving the drive through and asked to hand our bags back and wait while several employees conferenced about what order was in the bag, where our order might be, and after a bit they were able to determine who was working on what order. To be fair we ordered two identical four cheeseburger meals, obviously triggering the chaos. Before you think that online ordering may be an option here, know that the online inventory of ice cream never matches the flavors stocked in the Fresh Market, but to their credit there is much more available ìn store than losted in online ordering. In 2023 I'm not sure why they can't figure out a way to update the list so it is a little more accurate, but if you choose to purchase Market items from this location, just go inside. As an example Peanut Butter Snickers has been there every time I've visited except one over the last few years, and my new favorite Red Velvet Brownie has recently been readily available. - neither have ever been listed for online ordering. I'm hoping I'll find a better experience at another Fort...
Read moreIf I could give a 0 star I would have. This store # 250 on 100 university drive in Fort Worth is the worst location I have ever been. I like Braums but this will never come to this one again and will not recommend wasting ur money on this location. So it was on my lunch break wanted to get me something to eat because I couldn't bring lunch. I went to the drive-through to order. I got to the window waited for my food. This young lady at the window handed my order was asking me if I got my drink, I was like I'm sitting here waiting for you and asking me if I got my drink? You suppose to be given me my drink. So I drove back to work only to find out she gave me a coke instead of sweet tea that I ordered. I had to drive back and go inside to get my order fixed. The older lady at the front just handed me a cup and hear, the drinks are out there as if I was dining in. Never apologize for the mistake or nothing. What got me really upset was when I Got back to work again to find out there was no silver, condiments or a napkin in the box and the sweet tie wasn't even sweet. so I called and ask to talk to the manager. All the manager could say was "I'm sorry I'll talk to them". I was like is that all you could say? I want a refund because I poured my tea away and couldn't eat my burger because it tasted like old made burgers sitting for days. No tast at all. And she was "well, if you want a refund you got to come back to the store to process a refund" I told her I'm on my lunch break and have already been there twice and I have to come back there again? I can't I have the order # all you have to do is to refund my money back to the card. She told they only do refunds in person so I have to come back to the store. I had to hang up on her because I didn't want to go off on her and also had to go...
Read moreWould do zero stars if I could. Drive thru lady, Arasela (who is a shift lead there!) had the absolute worst attitude and was sassing me the entire time. She got my order wrong even after I tried to clarify it with her 3 times. I had to go inside to get it corrected, and the other shift lead was literally laughing in my face. She rolled her eyes at me VERY obviously and proceeded to gossip about me to her other coworker - right in front of my face. (They were both "whispering" way too loud and glancing over at me repeatedly) I said if you're going to talk smack then at least hide around the corner, and they started making excuses like "well your order was confusing." If you don't know your own menu, don't work there, and why on earth is Braums promoting people like THAT to shift leads? And tell me why, when I asked for a manager, the shift lead I was speaking to said "I don't know where one is." Clearly it's acceptable there to wear the manager hat until you have to handle an issue or be held accountable, and then you get to pretend you aren't one and don't know where one is. Braums has seemingly forgotten what customer service is and I'm absolutely disgusted by their...
