Typically this location has provided amazing customer service. But when I had one concern out of the dozens of times I’ve shopped at this location, I’m surprised at the response and not in a good way!! I had a question at self checkout and requested to speak with a manager, the sales person just walks away dismissively and when I do come into contact with a so called manager it was the worst experience ever. It was a persona named D’Nae who claimed to be a manager. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional and the assaults both verbally and physically were nothing I imagined to happen from trying to get assistance. She never took the time to LISTEN to try to provide any level of assistance but she was quick to attack me verbally with name calling, accusations of stealing and when I began to take photos of her to identify the person who said these things, she escalated matters and she physically attacks me by putting her hand in my face and reaching for my phone. So I let her know I’m recording you now and then she calmed down. I requested the store manager and all I got was, he’s not here. This person D’Nae was deplorable and should NEVER be in management as she clear does not represent the Target brand of customer service. Is this the new image Target is branding? I’m very apprehensive about entering this location again for fear of another altercation should I have a question, so I literally go across town to Tehama location or stop any other target to shop!

Every employee I encountered was the definition of lazy. I asked were i could find socks. No eye contact or words. They just pointed one way and walked the other. Then, when I grabbed two different packages of socks that were on a nine ninety nine rack, I got to the register, and one came up fifteen, the other one came up thirteen and instead of the employee going and checking, she just told me no, and I either had to get them or void them. I'll never come back to this target again.

I wanted to take the time to tell everyone how amazing this worker at Target is! Her name is Trina and she was working at the fitting rooms a couple of days ago when she was helping me. I wanted to know if they had these certain leggings in a different size, so she called and had people look in the bag, looked for it in different stores, and even took the time to call a nearby store to make sure they had it. She really went above and beyond. Very much appreciated.

Jessica “Mobile” or Jackie whatever her alias is at this moment and identifies herself as the manager of electronics within this location is unprofessional, disrespectful and provides poor customer service. Out of all the Target stores I have patronized, this one, I will never spend one red cent in ever again. As I sit on the phone for over 20 mins thinking that I’m being placed on hold to receive assistance, that was not the case at all. Not only is she unprofessional and was reported to corporate from her actions alone, the individual didn’t even possess the decency to mute, hang up or get someone with the professionalism to assist in the simple matter. Instead, she opted to allow me to eavesdrop on several surrounding personal conversations even one where a woman disclosed the health status of her sick husband which I had to interrupt before she continued to involve me in her personal health matters. Talk about a HIPAA violation. The individual/customer I involuntarily eavesdropped on, had the audacity to say the “manager” was calm and collected even unknowingly involving me in her business and me trying to save HER lol. Which means she had me on SPEAKER as she assisted other customers. When I asked her for her name or store manager miraculously she went deaf. I called corporate from another phone and these people were still on the line discussing everything but getting a manager. She eventually hung up. I finally reached a guest services representative and completely canceled my half-fulfilled order after finally getting someone to stop hanging up the phone in the department I was actually attempting to reach. Nonetheless, that manager of that department (Guest Services) was entirely helpful and a great representative of customer service. I hate that I even had to involve him in her...

I love target but my experience yesterday was not great. The employees were nice however I had placed a drive up order for 1 item because I was in a rush and would not have time to go into the store. I waited 40 minutes for my drive up order all the drive up spots were full so like the app said I parked next to drive up with my hazards on. Every single car that was there when I got there and cars that got there after me got their order and I was STILL waiting. After 20 minutes I tried going into the store to pick it up at the counter the line was crazy long only two people working at the pick up counter. Then I asked one of the girls outside at drive up and told her the problem and she said because I wasn’t parked in a drive spot that employees don’t really pay attention to those orders because it’s confusing to find the car… how is it confusing there were like 3 cars including mine with hazards and all different males and models of cars there’s nothing confusing about that. Another 15 minutes went by and I talked to another girl at drive up and she immediately grabbed my order for me. While the employees were super nice and apologetic I find it so incredibly unacceptable to have had to be wait 40+ minutes for a drive up order regardless of where I was parked (which was literally right next to drive up). I love target and this super target probably the best one I’ve been to however they need to seriously re-evaluate their drive up set up like adding more spaces or employees or training your employees to not ignore cars because they’re too lazy to use a little bit of brain power and figure out which 1 of 3 cars...
