Mattress Firm Carroll Street — Hotel in Fort Worth

I felt like maybe it deserved 4 stars but realized I could not justify taking a star away. My experience was not stellar but it was definitely worth 5 stars for a few reasons.

I was the only person in the store when I came in. I knew what I was looking for and the salesman was quick to respond to every question I had and assist with helping me find exactly what worked for me. I wasn't looking for anything more than an ordinary, spring mattress and box spring for under $1000. He pointed out two mattresses. I checked them both out and said I'll take it. He then worked out a deal where I got a platform thrown in to the deal. They had a promotion where they were including them free with the purchase of an $800 mattress but mine was on sale for $700. In order to get this $500 platform with motorized tilting head "free" I had to pay $800 for the mattress. So, I said I'll do it. It saved me from looking for a bedframe because it works as both a pseudo-frame and a box spring. Simple but perfect for what I needed. I was happy to gain $500 in value for only $100 more and I was happy that the customer service was on top of my needs...

Nancy was knowledge and helped provide recommended options to best support my spine. I originally purchased a Purple Mattress, but after 2 nights immediately knew the unique mattress material was not the right fit for me. Nancy was extremely helpful to show me new options and I ended up with a great new pillow top Beauty Rest mattress. Nancy made the exchange process very quick and easy. The crew came to replace and deliver my new mattress the day after my exchange order in store. They were in and out in under 15 minutes.

I would highly recommend this Mattress Firm location to anyone looking for great service members who actually care, a wide selection of mattresses, and fast and professional delivery....

Came in just to compare prices and look around associate Dixie was the only one in the store and was with a customer already. She still immediately greeted me, told me to have a look around and feel free to try out the beds and get comfy she would be with me soon. A few minutes later she approached me, greeted me like an old friend, and asked what I was looking for. After explaining I was just looking she said that was great and offered a few suggestions, and for me about current deals and told me what her favorite mattress was, and what she liked in two of the mattresses I was looking at. She also pointed out a couple cons that I hadn't thought of. Overall despite not buying today I will be back to purchase from Dixie specifically as she made this visit enjoyable.
