We were greeted right away upon arrival and asked to check in—friendly start! I had to use the restroom before we began, and unfortunately, the first stall didn’t have toilet paper. I moved to another stall, but that door wouldn’t close properly, so I had to grab some tissue from that one and go back to the original stall—kind of a funny little bathroom shuffle before the real fun began!
After that, we geared up for the experience. I thought it was a really cute touch that we got to choose our own names. My boyfriend and I did the Deadwood Valley VR experience, which was all about surviving a zombie attack. It was intense and action-packed! Personally, I think that one would be even better with a larger group—just the two of us made it feel a little overwhelming with zombies coming from all directions.
Afterward, I popped back into the restroom and this time everything was stocked, so maybe I had just caught it earlier before they had checked.
My favorite part of the whole thing was watching the playback of us in action—it was pretty funny! We had a good time overall and I would come back. Next time, I want to try the Squid Game VR. I feel like I might have a better shot at that one than surviving a zombie apocalypse!
One thing I will say: when my boyfriend told me how much it cost per person (my mouth dropped), I found it a little expensive for what it was. Just my opinion—but it’s something to consider.
All in all, a fun experience and worth checking out...

Read moreThis is a very fun experience. We had so much fun the first time. We did the Squid Games. It was so great. They had a special that if you booked a future ticket, you received a discount. So we did it and decided to back at Halloween to do the Zombie shooter town Game. Our booking went smooth. Showed up, everyone was very friendly. HOWEVER... The second experience was not very good. We started to get our gear on and noticed most parts were broken. So we had to take it all off and move stations. It took us a good 35-45 minuets to get our gear on and get everyone online. It did not take that long the first time we did the game. Every 15 minuets our instructor would stop the game saying someone was offline. Or someone would raise their hand because something wasn't working. It kept taking us out of the experience. They were very nice about it, they gave us some free tickets for our next game. But after we left, we decided to just not go back. While a very neat idea and cool experience, the equipment is not maintained. I think it is hit or miss on if your equipment and game will work when you go. And for the amount of money you pay, it should not...
