I tried this spot because it came highly recommended by a Nepalese friend, which made me excited to finally check it out. Unfortunately, our takeout experience fell short of expectations.
I ordered the butter chicken, and while the flavor was okay, there was hardly any chicken in it. My husband's dish had the same issue; more sauce than substance. The Aloo Gobi was flavorful (probably the highlight of the meal), but the portion was small and noticeably heavier on potatoes than cauliflower (there was one large piece of cauliflower we split) and maybe 5 chunks of potato.
For the price, the portions were disappointing. Even my Nepalese friend, who usually speaks highly of this place, was surprised by how little we received. I understand the restaurant leans more toward Nepalese specialties than Indian classics, but for what we paid, it just didn't feel worth it.
Overall, it's a shame. The food had potential, but the value wasn't there. I really wanted to love this place, but I don't think we'll be back.
I can't speak for the interior as it was take out. And I will say despite my food complaint, at pick up, the...

The food was absolutely fantastic and the waitresses were all extremely friendly and helpful.
Garlic naan was the best I've ever had, and that's saying something since all naan is by default pretty delicious. It paired perfect with the butter chicken masala, creating a whole new flavor when combined.
We started off with the badel sadheko and were pleasantly surprised with this complex dish. I think it would've been better with a naan or rice, but still worked standalone.
Daal makhani delivered as well.
We got the badel and butter chicken at a level 3, which was sufficient and not too spicy. Daal was at a 2 and could've been dialed up to a 3, but for the non spicy people out there, 2 is perfect.
We'll be back...
Read moreThe customer service was terrible. When we walked in, they brought us a spoon and fork and suggested we scan a barcode for the menu. We were in a hurry, so we quickly ordered sausage and lo mein. We waited for almost 15 minutes, but they didn’t bring us water. We had to call them and ask for it.
Our food took almost 45 minutes to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy—there were only four customers, including us. When I mentioned the issue to the staff, they apologized and said they had a lot of to-go orders. However, I saw at least four workers just standing around and talking to each other. I’m not sure if they were ignoring us or if their service is always this bad. That was our first visit on a Saturday afternoon. I wouldn’t recommended this place based on my experience, but I hope they improve...
