If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the absolute worst experience Ive ever had recently where it took FOUR AND A HALF HOURS to get 3 pizzas and breadsticks.  We had just gotten back from my grandma's funeral, and wanted something quick and easy to feed everyone with.  So we called the

7630 N Beach St, Fort Worth, TX 76137

location first.  We ordered 3 large pizzas, one large thin crust Ultimate Pepperoni add pineapple, one large thin crust Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch, and one large hand tossed Spinach and Feta.  Also ordered stuffed cheesy bread with spinach and feta, 6 garlic sauces, 4 marinara, and 4 ranch along with a two 2 liter dr peppers.  The total was $75.73 with the 3 $delivery fee. They took the order, and said that it would be delivered as soon as possible.

We waited for TWO hours until first calling back to see where the order was.  Figured maybe there were alot of orders going out at one time or something... but after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to finally answer, (was hung up on 3 times) when we got someone on the phone, they told us that they had transferred our order to another location because they didnt deliver to our address.  Which should have been told to us initially I would think???  So they tell us which location they transferred the order to, and we called there.  This new location was at

2201 N Tarrant Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76177.

Waited ANOTHER 35 minutes for someone to answer the phone call, even called with two different phones to see if one of us could get someone to pick up.  Finally they did, and we explained the situation.  They then told us that they didnt have an order placed to our address.  Nothing was transferred.  So they tell us that they will go ahead and do a new order though, and get it to us ASAP.   We put in the new order same as the first order, and hung up.

Another hour and a half goes by.  Still nothing. So we call back AGAIN.  They said they somehow deleted the order out of the system.  I then asked to speak to the manager, and she asked what she could do to make it right...I told her that I wasnt paying full price for 3 pizzas that took 3 1/2 Hours to be delivered.  She agreed and said that she will cancel the cost of the order and still deliver the order as promised,  as well as give us a $60 credit towards my next order for being so patient with them and handling it in a mature, calm, and rational manner..(even though I was upset that the kids and relatives were already emotionally drained from the funeral as well as starving)  I never even recieved a credit at the VERY least!

When the pizza FINALLY arrived 4 hours and 43 minutes from original order time, it was cold as ice, only had 2 garlic, 2 ranch, and 1 marinara sauce after we paid for 6 garlic, 4 ranch, and 4 marinara.  On top of that, the large hand tossed Spinach and Feta pizza was a medium instead.  Stuffed breadsticks were hard and were overcooked. Almost burnt.

I love Dominos pizza.  Have for a really long time.  So much so, that I honestly dont order Papa John's Little Cesars or Pizza Hut anymore at all.  This was just simply unacceptable, and the worst experience I've ever had.  I hope you can put into place a proper solution to this problem.

UPDATE: Contacted customer support NUMEROUS times, and they keep giving me the run around saying that they're working on it. Or giving the information to the correct team to address the situation. This has been going on for almost 4 months now. Beyond terrible customer service and support. Guess Ill be directing everyone I know to a better company...

I have to give Domino's pizza a below average review. The laxadasical and low attention to detail coming from MEGA-CORPORATE entities during this extreme inflationary time of our lives, needs to be called out. I paid approx $33 for a large pizza with 3 toppings and a 2Liter drink. My toppings were Pepperoni, mushrooms & extra cheese. You would think at $33, I'd get a beautiful pizza, sliced with care and a generous portion of toppings? You'd believe wrong... I received a partially folded in over itself, strangely cut pizza where, 4 slices were very small and 2 slices were huge. The 2 huge slices were missing pepperoni and mushrooms. It was simply adorned with extra cheese. I must say this in itself was very disappointing. Simply because if I wouldve given my money to any of a plethora of mom and pops pizza shops? By comparison, a Domino's, large would have been a medium at a mom & pop shop, plus my toppings would have been generous on every slice for HALF THE PRICE. But, being that I fell for the temptation of televised advertising, I called Domino's instead of a mom and pop. Now I have no gripe against corporations. They employ millions of people and we need them here. But, in many cases as of late, they also run with very little care or concern for the products they sell. After a while they throw whatever at us and we begin to accept whatever we're given. The positive i can say is this... Domino's delivery was exceptional and my Pizza did arrive hot. The slices that did have toppings.and not folded in to itself, were acceptablely tasty for what it is. But the overall condition and careless, lob sided presentation, cutting of my pie with 1/3 of my pie missing toppings was unacceptable. $33 is too much money to accept the...

Really rude Manager

Zach is really rude. I've been ordering here for years but will no longer be ordering ever again. My experience with the manager on multiple occasions was horrible. The first experience I had with him was about a month ago when the pizza didn't come for 2 hrs and he kept saying it's on its way. They didn't even offer some kind of refund or anything to atleast apologize. He rather decided to try to justify why it took 2 hours for my order to come when I live a few blocks away. if your busy I understand but don't say you'll recieve it in 20 mins the drivers on his way. Now again yetserday we ordered and the pizza again came after 2 hours and Zach kept saying it's on its way. The order finally came and one pie was missing and also the pizza was cold and looked like left over pizza as you can see in the picture I posted. Their was burnt pieces all over the pie. I called and he said all we can do is give store credit. I understand people make mistakes but to get rude when it's clearly you're fault for messing the order up and delivering after 2 hours is ridiculous. I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining about this as you can clearly see in the reviews below. After realizing he was wrong he decided to hang up on me because he had nothing else to say. It's a shame because all the workers their are really nice and professional. The worker who came to deliver apologized today mean while the manager was trying to seem as if everythings okay meanwhile were missing a pie and the food is Cold and on top of that we had to wait till the next day to order because they were...

I LOVE ordering from this location. Normally, I don't order food because I prefer a home cooked meal any day of the week, but I went on a pizza BUZZ for about 6 months. I don't eat meat or dairy so I always order a LOT of veggies with no cheese. I know, ordering a pizza with no cheese - huh? It's actually pretty great! With all that being said, I wasn't too sure of who would have the best pizza at a reasonable price. Gotta try and save some money, am I right? So, I tried Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Domino's. I tried them in the order of which I thought tasted better. :-) :-) I was most pleased with Domino's :-) :-) In my opinion: - The coupons on the website are the best that you'll find. - The veggie pizzas are always HOT and FRESH - The deserts are ever so good. - Quickest time from ordered to [knock-knock] - And finally, I've always had a pleasant encounter with the delivery pros. Who doesn't enjoy greeting someone bringing you food, but the Domino Drivers seem to have that little something extra. They're always friendly and happy. Terrific experience from start to finish :-) A great team means to have great management. !! FIVE * * * * * STARS !!

I ordered from here wanting to get a quick meal and it was anything but quick. I signed up for the text options when my pizza was complete and once I got the completion text I went into the store to pick up the pizza just to find out it was not complete. The display in Domino's even said it was complete. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pizza to come out with no logical explanation from the staff. Finally want a piece of came out I brought it home just to discover that they gave me a pizza that was never even cut! I would think that would be the simplest step in the pizza making process but apparently not. This place definitely lacks quality and attention to detail. I'd much rather order from Pizza Buzz just down the road on Basswood. They have a superior pizza with a better variety, the staff there is great and always delivers an on-time, quality pizza!
