This is the absolute worst location in the area. The person answering the phone is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was given a credit because I placed an order online, paid for the order and at 9:36 pm was called to notify my order was cancelled because they don’t have any drivers. I advised I could pick up my order and was told that was also unavailable since they stop pick up at 9pm. The caller apologized for the inconvenience and advised I would be given a credit and to call the store to utilize the credit for my order. I appreciated the effort to resolve this inconvenience. The following day which is today at 6:30 pm I call and the person who answers the phone claims that he has no record of an order being placed from my phone number. I said that’s strange because it was my phone number the gentleman called last night to cancel my order and issue the credit. He said he didn’t know but there is no order history ever from an order on this number. I asked him if I should give him the details from the cancellation in my email and he said it didn’t matter because what he is telling me is there is no history so he can’t do nothing. I advised that the call center could see that my order was placed at the 815 Berry st location so I’m confused why he doesn’t see it and he responded with they can’t tell you that cause that’s a store thing…whatever that was supposed to mean. Anyway, This is not the first time I have had issues with this specific location as I order very big orders often since I have a house full but it will definitely be the last time because I will NEVER spend another penny in that raggedy ghetto establishment. This store is trash and so are the people working in there. I will take my coins and the rest of the neighborhood to the location at the other end of Berry because atleast they have good customer service skills and have basic knowledge on how to communicate with the public that keeps them employed. I never got my order, I called the store to see what was taking so long because on the online tracker said my order was in quality check. I was told my order was already delivered yet the tracker was still saying my order was in quality check. I cant even report the issue because the tracker never indicated my order was delivered. I placed the order at 12:43 pm the order said it entered quality check at 1:41pm. Its now 2:50 pm and the order is still in quality check on the online tracker, the lady I spoke to said she couldnt do anything about it until the general manager Dakota came in at 3:30pm (called at 3:30 and was told he didn't come in till 530pm) She also said the delivery driver Amanda had hand delivered the order to some one.
