Don's Seafood — Restaurant in Fort Worth

It was my first time trying this restaurant. I called our order in and he told us our order number. I arrived there and saw a long drive thru line. The sign on the door said drive thru only so I called and asked if I can come in to pick up my order he said no you have to use drive thru. Ok, I understand covid but really? Why didn't he just tell me this over the phone? So I had to wait as if I was ordering through the drive thru. When I got to the window he apologized for the wait and gave us two free drinks. Got home and saw that the tilapia and the catfish was probably fried in the same grease so you couldn't tell the difference between the two. They both taste bland and the fries tasted like they've been sitting out for a while. After spending $25 for two meals I won't be visiting again. Very...

I hadn't been to this place in a long time so I was in the area and decided to stop by. I ordered for me a piece of catfish and 2 egg rolls, my brother got a double meat cheese burger and we tried the chicken (two legs) The fish made me sick to my stomach it was horrible I don't know where they get that trash from and the two chicken legs tasted like they were fried in old fish Grease I left that alone and my brother said the pattie on the hamburger tasted like fake patties. I will NEVER patron this place again the food was horrible and so was the customer service, you can't even go in this place and it's been like that for a long time they must be hiding something. Excellent atmosphere and friendly customer service. It’s such a shame the food has taken a major hit at this establishment.

Ordered the shrimp dinner tonight with a side of grits. Of all the items, The grits and hushpuppies were the only decent tasting things on the plate. The stuffed shrimp tasted completely rotten, like sour onion juice. The jacked up shrimp lacked flavor as did the fried and broiled shrimp. The shrimp au gratin tasted so rich, like pure cheese…it was in desperate need of some lemon juice and seasonings. I have no idea why the shrimp etouffee is even on the menu, it’s garbage and tasted like pure flour. A waste of $35. We most definitely will not be returning to this...
