I went to this location against my better judgement and ordered what I normally ordered. Onthe screen it showed iced, so I clarified my order. When I got to the window, the customer service was awful. I asked to use the tap to pay. The young lady at the window was not paying attention. If she had, she would have seen she was too far away for me to tap. Then she says,āDid you tap?ā I was a little caught off guard. Obviously, I had not tapped because she was too far away. After I finally paid, I noticed a green iced beverage. I repeatedly corrected my order before driving to the window just to get there, and itās still incorrect. The young lady starts telling me that was my order, but I corrected her. I have NEVER ordered iced drinks, and I corrected the order several times. The girl looks at me clearly annoyed and wanted me to take the drink. I refused because that was not what I ordered and paid for. She then tells me she has to speak with her manager. I would normally have taken the drink and requested to pay for the correct drink; however, another person comes and immediately starts telling me that was my drink. The person was rude, disrespectful and argumentative with me about MY order. She called herself informing me on lattes. I am middle-aged and know the difference. When the screen displayed iced, I corrected the order several times. She still kept making snide remarks. I actually started to drive off and leave the situation. Another young person comes and tells me to pull around to the front. After waiting for my correct beverage, I let the lady know that I did not appreciate the exchange and will be calling corporate. If the order is wrong, just correct it. Please save yourself some time, energy, and breath. If you can go to another location, go to another location. As a result, I was late to work. I paid, she handed me the drinks then the donuts. I was so excited to see then but when I open the box it was not what I ordered so I said excuse me what is this she said that's pumpkin donuts. I said they are not shaped like a pumpkin and doesn't look like the picture you have in your menu. She said we do not have those, so i said I ask before I order and you said that you had the pumpkin shaped ones she said we do not have those anymore so I said you don't have any more today she said no we don't have those anymore so why are promoting them in your menu she said yes we do have them in our menu but we don't serve them sorry. I was like you guys are falsely advertising, you just told me you had them before I ordered them, she said we don't we just have them in the menu- I said exactly. There were two men working, an older Hispanic man and a younger Hispanic man. The younger one told me to come back in a little while and he'll get me a better coffee or my money back so I did and when I got back it was the same exact coffee, they never changed out the coffee. When he asked the older man what to do he told him to take the money out of the tip jar and give it to me so I refused to take it because that's not giving me my money back. I left just telling myself that this morning the coffee would be better but wouldn't you know they have the same exact watery tasteless iced coffee that they were serving last night and the younger kid tells me that it's not his store it's not up to him and they have to use it until it's gone.
