Today is September the 16th approximately 5:30 p.m. I went in there today there was a young lady Latina and I asked her if I could please order a BLT she said what is that I said it's a bacon lettuce and tomato on a sub bun she said no I can't make that so I told her yes you can can you please get someone over here to take my order so then this caucasian lady comes around and she says well we don't make that but I'm going to have to charge you for a turkey plus bacon I said do what you got to do but I want to a BLT and an order of tater tots please so when they brought the sandwich out to me the tater tots we're very hot and crispy and the sandwich was a 4-in sandwich and it was stuffed with lettuce had two small slices of bacon that were about an inch long and the tomatoes had a weird taste to him and the man is they use I did not like it upset my stomach I will not be going back here I did not like the customer service I did not like the food and still on top of that I still left a five-dollar tip in cash because the girl that brought me my food when she brought it to my table she gave me this really dirty look and rolled her eyes at me so I told her I'm sorry that I made you work have a good day I looked at her smiled...

Well we drove 35 minutes Irving to go to this place since we heard so much about it. It was a family trip. We call the order in over the phone but didn't have a but didn't have a menu in front of us. My father-in-law took us to this place and knew what he wanted. So I asked the lady tell me a little bit about her sandwiches. She said "sir we have over 30 sandwiches ".???? Didn't bother to help me so I just ordered a turkey sandwich and ask her to make it hot. When I got there the sandwich was not hot. And I saw her prepping the chef salad and noticed she placed the condiments, forks, knives, packages of crackers right on top of my salad. I tried to ask her not to place in on top of my food. Considering everything is going on with the Coronavirus. But she ignored me. I notice she handled money, credit cards and everybody else's food with the same gloves on. She was very rude I told her I did not want to salad. The the sandwich was good true enough but I will never back again because of service. It's a shame you lose customers when you have good food and poor service. Our bill was over $55. My First time here and it was not good. The girl at the counter was not very pleasant it did not seem like she wanted to be there. I was not sure what to get so I tried a 4in meatball and a 4in cold cut special. I got it to go which probably was bad idea. The sandwiches were not even wrapped like a togo sandwich just put in a box that was too big for them and they just slid around everywhere by the time I got home and everything just fell out of them. The meatball sub was the strangest I have ever had its a hot sub that came with cold veggies on top like lettuce onion and some sort of olive pepper relish. Needless to say by the time i got to eat it the bun was like a soggy diaper because there was cold veggies keeping all the heat from the hot 2 little meatballs trapped and made it steam the bun and soak all the moisture up. I would have rather gone to Subway. The cold sub was basically served open faced so when you fold it up to actually eat it all the toppings fall out and you get bread and meat. that is not how a good sub is made in my opinion.
