First timer at Gusto’s Burger Bar! It was a very chill, down-to-earth experience. I found this place via TikTok for the best burgers in the area! It was packed when I went, so that was a good sign. If you’re new like I was, it can be a bit confusing figuring out which door to enter, where to order, where the menu is, and how seating works. I found a menu and told the gentleman with the fancy mustache at the counter it was my first time. He went over everything and gave great recommendations and service. I ordered the “Gusto Burger” double with the sauce on the side and tater tots. There was about a 20-25 minute wait. I wanted to sit outside but couldn’t take the flies, and inside wasn’t much better. What an absolute treat this well-cooked-to-excellent smash burger was! 8/10 because, although it was delicious , it was a little heavy on the pepper and the tots were salty. The sauce by itself I’d give a 5/10; it wasn’t the best for me. Overall, it was a very good experience and meal, minus the flies. Thank you, Gusto’s Burger Bar, for a well-made burger. I’d definitely be back.

I will start with these words, perfection and ultimate satisfaction. The minute you pick up this buger, it will never touch the plate again. Upon it's arrival to your table, your senses come to life. Burgers are fresh, full of flavor, and the gusto sauce makes this experience one you will never forget. Staff is friendly, and their positivity makes nothing about their work "just a job." The cooks are a master at their art and we get to enjoy every last mouth-watering bit of it. Start your food journey with the jalapeno poppers that are served with a smooth light brown sugar dipping sauce, and don't forget to add the crunchy tater tots in between bites of your burger. The chicken sandwich here is how every chicken sandwich should be made. Crunchy, juicy, and not so thick that you lose all the other flavors surrounding it. Environment is fun, laid back, and to add the cherry to the top of the cake, you have a refreshing adult beverage while watching your favorite team. Come to have a piece of burger heaven or just spend some time making a new friend.

Googled best burger in Fort Worth, and this place did not disappoint. Laid back place that's great to stop by for a bite with friends or family. Arrived on tuesday night at 7 pm. Parking might be a challenge. Was a bit confused on how to order, but you go inside and order at the cashier first. They give you a number on a stick to put on your table so they can bring the food to you. Sat outside as the day was nice. The menus are kinda old. Not to be that person, but at least wipe them down or replace them every now and then. Ordered the Gusto Burger with two patties and tater tots on the side. It's probably the best smash burger I had in a while. The ratios were perfect. The buns were soft but not soggy. The outer meat was nice and crispy. The patties were soft it just melted in my mouth but still had that chew and texture, which was A+. The tater tots were a letdown. They were crispy and fried perfectly, but it was salty in my opinion and ate only a quarter of it. At least the portion was large.

We were one of two sets of people in the restaurant and it wasn't busy at all which was surprising. That made it very weird that my fries were cold. Other than that, they were good. Tots were piping hot and really good as well! Let's go with the burger next..... One caveat.... They cook the burger with mustard on the party. If you don't want it cooked with mustard, ask BEFORE you order. Some people don't like mustard at all (I typically don't like those people, lol, but we did have one person in our party who could still taste the mustard even after being cooked). Make sure you look at what comes on the burger. If you want to add toppings, you can. If you want to subtract toppings you can, but they don't always get your toppings right even when you ask, but they do go above and beyond to make it right for you. I will say I got the Gusto burger and loved it.... I do wish I had asked for lettuce and tomato because I think it would have been next level! That is on me though and takes NOTHING away from the amazing smash patty which is perfectly seasoned. The meat is very smashed so getting a double is reasonable and not an overwhelming amount of meat. The bun was oiled and grilled to perfection as well, although one person in our party had a bun that was a little too grilled. I got Gusto sauce on the side and while I thought the sauce would be similar to Cane's sauce just based on color, the flavor was totally different and really good. I AM glad that I didn't put it on my burger as I think it would've taken away from the perfectly seasoned patty, but it was good with my (cold) fries. Will I be back? MOST definitely! Do I think this is the best smash burger in FW? Maybe. If not, it's pretty damn close. Service was good as if anything was incorrect, they went out of their way to fix it. I did not bother to ask for hot fries, but I'm sure they would have fixed it had I asked. Love the location (which is in the old Radler/Wicked Butcher location). Parking is ample. I will say it could use some signage as I don't think I ever saw a sign outside declaring the name of the...

My followers know that I call it like it is: Honestly, I was very excited about a burger joint opening within walking distance from my house and ready to check it out. I was unimpressed at every turn. The lack of professionalism & quality here from the front spray-painted sign to the literal cheapest paper-thin plates that tear on the outdoor broken tables, messy menus that look like they have been in a high schooler backpack for weeks, & red solo cups they served to patrons was appalling. You ordered at the bar, which is also where the drink fountain is located as well as the door to the patio exit. It was just a terrible clustered traffic mess. I got shoved 10 times standing in line to order. Now let's discuss this food. It's called a " smash burger " which means it's so thin you need three patty burgers ( three times the price ) to get a regular patty and the majority of it was burnt to a crisp. It's tasteless and nothing special. The sweet heat was not even mildly spicy and it all lacked flavor. We ordered the Gustos tots as well and that was even pretty blah. I could have overlooked the red solo cups if the food was a bomb, but it was worth what it was served on and for the price, I'll go anywhere else on Magnolia first. This place gives a " bro " West 7th vibe & feels rather uninclusive lacking what makes all the places on Magnolia so inviting. If this is how they intend to manage this place I'll be gone before the...
