I have visited this restaurant twice in December, and both experiences have been quite satisfying. On my first visit, I tried the "Bánh Canh Cua." The flavor was excellent, with the use of real crab meat enhancing the overall taste. However, I personally prefer a thicker broth, which would elevate the dish even further in terms of texture and richness.
During my second visit, I sampled several other dishes, including "Bánh Bèo Chén," "Bánh Ram Ít," and "Bánh Lọc Trần." I was thoroughly impressed with all of them. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful, showcasing the restaurant's dedication to authenticity and quality. The "Bánh Bèo Chén" was delicate and flavorful, the "Bánh Ram Ít" had a perfect balance of crispness and tenderness, and the "Bánh Lọc Trần" was beautifully done with the right amount of seasoning.
One area for improvement, however, would be the dipping sauce for the "Bánh Lọc Trần." While the sauce is flavorful, I personally prefer a thicker consistency, which would better complement the texture of the dish. A more substantial sauce could provide an added layer of richness and help bind the flavors together more effectively.
Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of the food at this restaurant. It's not easy to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality versions of traditional Vietnamese dishes. I will definitely be returning and can confidently say that this is now my go-to spot for these dishes. The attention to detail and commitment to quality make this restaurant stand out, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic...
Read moreBOTTOM LINE: NOT GOOD BUT THEY ARE NEW.
Took family here didn't realize they have only been open 1 week. Over all the food was ok, price was high, service and organization was bad. Ill rate below.
Scale 1-10Best
Spring Roll - 2 - Dry prob been in fridge all week long. Egg Roll - 3 - Small Expensive and pre Frozen Pho - 7 - Actually pretty good. The basil and bean sprouts on sode plate were really fresh. Drinks - 1 - $2 can soda Tea - 1 - Had to wait 20 mins at dinner to brew ice tea and then they didnt have any sweetner.
Other issues, food came out at various times. We got 1 egg roll, waited 10 mins then a few more. You could tell the kitchen was in total chaos. Waitress never once came to check and see if we needed drink refills etc.
These people were nice but said they just moved from Seattle. Overall they were nice and i give them some slack for being new but overall...

This establishment is pretty new (only opened for about 3 months) and can definitely be considered a hidden gem at the moment. The restaurant is clean, and the menu is diverse enough to have something for everyone.
We enjoyed the (J4) Banh Beo plate and the (R7) Korean Beef Ribs. Both were very good and my mom approved 👌. The korean beef ribs had the perfect balance of flavor while the banh Beo had a good consistency.
The Vietnamese iced coffee was strong and on point while the Thai tea... could use some work. It was overly sweet but also not creamy enough.
Overall a spacious restaurant with good food and room to improve (customer service wise).
