Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Came through the drive through after my son's surgery and he wanted breakfast from Jack n the box. Got there and ordered, the order taker was very short and rude when taking orders which was the first turn off because it's very unprofessional because you work in customer service but then once we finished she not only told me to pull forward once but twice because I guess I didn't move quick enough for her. Once at the window, I handed the young woman my son's cashapp card that he wanted to use and she started handing out the beverages. She then opened the window and told me she ran the card 3xs and that it declined everytime and showed me the card machine. I asked my son for his phone and noticed he never activated his card which was the issue. Once this was figured out I asked the woman for the card back so I xan activate the card and she rudley told me I needed needed give her back the orange juices in exchange for my son's card. Who does this???? Why would I want to steal your orange juices and I just ordered 3 meals. I gave her an orange juice and I got the card, I activated the card and went to pay and noticed it is now I'm guessing the shift manager in the window. She finished the payment, handed us the food, and asked if we had everything we needed before we parted. Once I left the window something told me to check our food......my son's meal was wrong. We went back through the drive through and I told them politely that there had been a mistake and if we could just get the right order. They told us to pull forward. Back at the window the same woman told me i would have to pay a difference for the meal. I have no issue paying a difference but the issue here is I didn't order what they charged me for, they made the mistake rushing to get me to order in the 1st place. When I asked her what's the difference and why i needed to pay because yall made the mistake she insisted she didnt know that she was on break when I came through when she was the one taking the order and at the window the 1st. time I came through. They closed the window and laughed a bit before they gave us his food and insisted that it was just a 20 cent difference and not to worry about it.. I don't understand, why work customer service if you don't want to do it correctly? All I did was come and order food for myself and my children and left...

This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been to. I am stuck in the driveway and all we wanted was tacos. You know that thing jack in the box is known for ... The tacos. Well I digress, the lady in a barely alive voice said and I quote, " we don't have any tacos, they are all frozen and we are waiting for them to throw out" .... I respond, excuse me ? She said throw out! I said ok, thaw out ? She said yes , NO TACOS. Tonight has officially been the worst night not only was this lady rude , not only was the establishment lacking in consumables for the consumers. They also just crazily put their business out there. I take to Instagram and to YouTube and to TikTok with my pleas of how jack in the box has fallen. To Taco Bell it is I guess. 👍🏽 USE THE TACO BELL APP FOR FREE FOOD ! SO after this unfortunate event at Jack we went to Taco Bell and we put our order in the app got a free NACHOS BELGRANDE! AND we put in our order on our way there and we rolled up the drive through and there ! Magically a kind and cheerful voice said hello welcome to Taco Bell what would you like to order . We told her about our app order she apologized for them not having Dr pepper and said if I would like something else ? I said sure. They handed us our whole order and our FREE NACHOS . That's all folks . Now you know go to TACO BELL OVER JACK...

This Jack in the Box, located on the corner of I 35W South and Rosedale is the pretty busy location since it's next door to a 7-Eleven store. What more can you ask from a location than this?

Once you get what you want at Jack In The Box oh, you can go next door to the 7-Eleven and fill up on gas and get other Munchies that your heart desires.

Instead of walking in to get my order oh, I went through drive-through instead. The cashier working the drive-thru did a good job as far as being courteous, clear in tone through the drive-thru speaker, and repeated my order back exactly without any problems.

As far as wait time in the Drive-Thru, I would like to say that from start to finish of my order, it only took about 4 minutes since there were three cars in front of me. That's not bad time for being in drive-thru.

When I got home with my order, nothing was missing and my order was exact.

No sense this location is off the freeway on the feeder Road, next door to a 7-Eleven store, this location is always constantly busy.

I have been here when it's at its busiest and they still have that same efficiency at their busiest times as they do on their non busy times.

So no matter what time you show up at this location, you will still get the same efficiency, get your order right from smiling and...
