Always slow, always something wrong with my order. Cashier seemed like she was half trained and only half listening to what I was saying and ended up again getting my order wrong. Only reason for the 2 stars is that there is a male worker there that usually works the drive thru and packs orders and he is always friendly and should be in charge of training the other workers on their customer service. UPDATE I dropped it down to one star because I stopped here with my kids to pick up a quick bite to eat when my son was visiting from where he is currently stationed. I ordered over $40 worth of food to feed the six of us. A young girl came out to bring us our food because they had us pull up and wait which is understandable for it being a large order. I checked my bags and noticed that the large fries I ordered weren't in the bag and I let the girl know. She went inside and told her manager. Her manager, a heavyset caucasian woman, sent her back outside to tell me that she put everything in the bag that I ordered. I then gave the young girl my receipt and told her to let her manager know that I just ordered over $40 worth of food, I'm not going to sit here and lie about her not putting the damn fries in my bag. She then went inside, came back out and handed me a bag saying that the manager would only give me a small fry because she was sure she put everything in the bag. At this point I was tired and I wanted to just go home and spend time with my son and not make a big scene in front of him so I took the bag from the girl and drove off. I mean, excuse me, but I expected more welcoming greeting that I didn't get for example "welcome to Jack in the box, my name is __, what can I get you"? But nevermind.. moving on.. So I place an order for 3 large curly fries & 6 ranch, ask them kindly to make it fresh cause almost every time I order fries I get them barely warm, that's 3 large fries all of it barely warm, was charged for ranch but didn't get 6, only got 3. Checked my order, fries were super fresh, thank you! Prepared change to pay for 3 extra ranch that I already paid but didn't get them, she tells me with elevated voice "we can only give out 3 ranches!" Read moreSlowest jack in the crack ever the employees weren't even working. The drive through line didn't move one bit for over twenty minutes. I saw that the employees kept coming from the back to watch customers in line as if they wanted us to leave without serving us. You could see them laugh as people were getting irritated and peeling off. Seeing that there was not many options open in the vicinity due to it being the 4th of July many people waited to be served to no avail. After 20 minutes of waiting and the same car waiting at the intercom to order I decided to go to whataburger where the line was three times longer but I was able to place an order and be served in less than 10 minutes. This wasn't my only bad experience here. They won't even be open during business hours listed on their window. They have been closed a couple of hours before the time listed on their window...
