I like this type of food, and been trying many times Taco Bueno, still hoping to finally enjoy... But! FOOD: Recently bought tacos, was getting my pico de gallo at the table. It went absolutely bad, whole big dish looked , smelled and tasted bad. Don't you see it?! Quacamole IN my plate- was absolutely unacceptably bad. Needless to say I had to trash sour cream, meat ( didn't want to take a risk) and almost everything else. I thought it was just coincidence, but third time in a row!!!Guys, this is your business, feed people with fresh food! It is most important in the restaurant, even the fast food! Your plate shouldn't smell like a trash can in a hot summer day. TRASH: Take your trash from at least the dining area, often! While waiting on my order I had to smell trash can near the counter. I couldn't believe it was there, in restaurant. It was clearly a few days sitting there, otherwise how it could be that incredible stinky? Almost vomiting...Guys, you might get rats, roaches etc.etc.. Shame! You felt that smell, should clean your cans! RESTROOM: it is the type of restroom where you wouldn't touch anything, including door handle without piece of paper towel. Type of the restroom where you wouldn't hang your purse on the hook, because don't want to touch anything at all, including extremely dirty walls. Where you try to do not watch, and where you hold your breath until you get out, to do not smell in. Trying to block all of your five senses. Read moreToday, I went to Taco Bueno near my and was very disappointed. The customer service was horrible when I ordered. The lady was very rude and abrupt. When I arrived at the window, she asked me again if I wanted salsa....I informed her upon ordering I wanted the Fire House... I was not asked how many as I usually am, but just thought I would request 4 at the window. While waiting in my car, I see the young woman making the food, haphazardly tossing food into the container. The other young man standing by the window was texting🤔. The older lady who took the order then dismissively gave me my order and turned her back to me. Well, my box was heavy and spilling in the bag, it was a mess. However, I was done by this time. Last Sunday, I went there and my food was cold...no fire house....gucamole was tasteless. Wednesday before, we received an incomplete order....no chips...salsa...When I asked if the tea was fresh, the answer was "No". Last month, I asked for the fure house salsa through the drive-thru and was told they did not have any made fresh in the back, but there was some on the serving bar. Read moreI ordered food from Taco Bueno through Uber Eats. Not only were there items missing from my meal, the order was also incorrect. I called the location to bring my concerns to there attention. I spoke to Pablo (not sure if thats his real name). He was very inconsiderate & seemed unbothered. They basic told me it's nothing they could do since it was through Uber Eats. I don't normally eat through Apps, but I would think that you guys would have some type of solution in event that this happens to your customers. Most people who are ordering food through Uber Eats do not have vehicles, can not drive, are at work, or simply not in the position to come up there to correct you guys wrong. I would appreciate it if someone would at least acknowledge my concerns and make it right. There's nothing more frustrating than to wait 45 minutes for my food and it be incorrect.
