Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort Worth

So first let me say I commend ALEJANDRO for keeping his cool and remaining professional in a situation that could've have really overwhelmed him and honestly got him out of his character.

I came in for my order at 6:04 but received it at 639 due to lack of accountability and teamwork from the people that were supposed to be there to help at that time. They showed up when I got back after getting home and seeing my order was wrong. I got back at 735p.

I don't know what time they were supposed to be there, but as a previous store manager, seeing how the party came in with no urgency, KNOWING they were already late, is just crazy and selfish to me. No i don't know why they were late (none of my business) but I do know what it looks like when somebody actually CARES that their team was running around like chickens with their heads cut off because they were short a LATE person that smiles and has time for conversation with other working employees when they get there.

Thank you Alejandro for your consideration and hard work in that very busy situation. You did great.

Also shout out to LARRY, I never saw him not moving at all even with a crowd of upset and impatient people in the building waiting for their food.

Tried to order a delivery at 9:30pm. I had to call three different times. First time i was put on hold and the never answered back, it was a mexican lady that barely knew english and a black lady. I called back again, a guy answered, then they hung up on me. I called back again and a white lady answered the phone. I told her my address, she then said theres no address coming up, i made sure she had it right, and she did not have it right. I corrected her mistake. She then told me again its still not coming up. She told me maybe the zip code is different. She tried a different zip code and told me again there isnt any address coming up. Ive lived at this address for 10 years. I order stuff all the time at this address. She was rude with me the whole time. I asked for her name and she told me she doesnt give out personal information. I told her you work for the company so i want to get your name. She said sorry sir i dont give me information. Horrible service. I called another pizza hut 1.3 miles away and they told me they dont deliver to this area. I was ordering for my grandma. She wanted a pizza so bad. I tried to get her a pizza and now my poor grandma has to go without her pizza. My grandma is sad now and now shes not going to eat. Ridiculous service...

So I placed an order 4 hours in advanced it said it was out for delivery early figured I just got lucky. Waited an hour still no pizza so I called and asked, they would tell me to wait and then hung up on me multiple times. The last time I called to cancel someone finally answered and still hung up on me. I figure they might’ve given my pizza to someone else like accidents happen I wasn’t mad but what upset me was when I asked to cancel they hung up on me I called and complained that they hung up on me and they said I was “on hold they didn’t hang up on me”when the line clearly disconnected. I just think if I order from here again I’m definitely going to go to another location for pickup not delivery. The only way I got my refund was by contacting customer service online not the location. I was not rude I didn’t yell I was patient cause it was on a weekend and I ordered in advanced but the employees were nothing but rude to me.
