This is the poorest KFC location I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. On New Year's Day when nearly all the restaurants around were closed, an employee threaten to beat me up, after I complained about sitting in their drive-thru for a really long time, only to be told that they'd run out of chicken and didn't intend to make any more for the rest of their shift. You read that right, a chicken restaurant that refused to make chicken even though they had 2 hours left til closing. Today was not terribly different. While waiting for my car tires to be replaced, I decided to walk to the KFC nearby. I ordered the pot pie combo. When I opened the box I discovered that the cookie was missing. When I went to the counter the same guy who had threatened to beat me up in January handed me a cookie without so much as a word, much less an apology. Upon returning to the table I peeled back the crust and noticed immediately there was not even a single morsel of chicken in it. So I returned to the counter. A man I believe to be the manager examined the pie and then asked me to wait as he disappeared into the back. When he returned he acknowledged that all the other pies he checked lacked meat too and was making a replacement pie for me. After waiting several minutes I returned to the counter. The female employee confirmed that I was still waiting and told the manager. The psycho guy handed me the replacement pie, again without a word of apology. The replacement pie contained some meat this time, but both pies contained virtually no peas, carrots or potatoes and both were only half full of gravy. Throughout the entire experience no one offered me an apologies or a refund. Read moreOne of the worst locations around. Place is litteraly ran by teenagers. Place is dirty and orders are not complete at times. Also one of the worst things about this location is that the close around half an hour early all the time. I'm not the type of person who comes into a place 10 or 15 minutes before closing but this place is ridiculous. I've came around 9:30 to 10:00 to the drive thru and I always noticed the employees hanging out in the parking lot with eating drinking and smoking. This place is in a location that is active at night. All the other restaurants specifically the Wendys and DQ are slammed at 10 o'clock. Meanwhile at this KFC the employees are out in the parking lot. I came here last night in a line of 2 other cars and you will get greeted at the drive thru but that's it. No other response. Last night the guy in an suv in front of me got out of his truck and confronted one of the employees smoking next to the rear entrance with the door wide open. It was a loud conversation which ended in him driving off. When I pulled up I had the same experience. "Welcome to kfc, would you like to try a five dollar fill up" after this I ordered and with no further response after about 10 seconds a woman in a car behind me told me that "we are not getting anything from this place tonight". Read moreOMG, I had to stop coming to this location over two years ago. That's because the quality of food was horrible the last few times I visited. Why do their Corporate people think that I want my money back? That's not why I was going there. So, today I go today for Tuesday's promo. I did a quick look inside the bucket. It seemed ok When I got home, they had put 3 pieces of dried out chicken on the bottom. Meaning that they were aware of the bad chicken. I am so tired of going to that location. And I can definitely say I won't set foot in that location again. And to the Corporate office, I AM NOT LOOKING TO GET MY MONEY BACK ! I'm trying to support my neighborhood restaurants. Why are the KFC's in the lower income areas don't hold or held accountable for awful service? But, if you're in the richer area, the standards are much higher. It should be the same across the board. Look at this chicken, how does she not notice this? This is my 3rd review, today on this issue. Corporate, you have to look into these comments. This isn't acceptable at all.
