Kokitos — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I’m rating this a 3 based on customer service and time! the food is always delicious. It was a busy Sunday as usual but 5 customers got their order before me which my ticket number was number 1 they kept calling everyone after me, after being there almost an hour I went up to the counter and asked if my order was almost ready, the girl said they are still working on your frappe meanwhile the frappe and rest of my order had been sitting there for more than 30mins. I pointed that out to her and she said oh ok let me check, I was missing my kokiloco at this point I’m not happy with the service anymore so I asked her if she could please switch one of my items since at this point the chips were already stale (my frappe was not a frappe anymore more like an iced drink) she said oh okay let me ask. No apologies from none of their customers they seemed upset that I got upset from being skipped multiple times and no apologies what so ever. I used to love this place but now I might just double think...

Terrible place to visit the ladys were very rude and stuped sorry but it is. I ask if they can put some gummies on my rusa and they say NO i ask why and didnt have any answer for me. I told them they need to make customers satisfied and dont care at all will not visit anymore ask if they can charge sepreatly and didn't help at all. They are loosing customers for something very simple.Hope owners do something about it specially when they hire people who dont know how to be nice and make customers satisfied. There are a variety of options to pick from so that’s great. The service is slow and some times they don’t have the best attitude, which contradicts a sign they have that stated “be nice or leave.” However, sometimes the service is good over all. They don’t make you feel welcome as soon as you go in but they do their job, they are a group of young girls. I went in a few days ago and they didn’t have Mangos which is practically 1/2 of their menu so I left, but there’s other options...
