Pizza was mainly crust. 3rd time this has happened. First time no biggie. Second time I checked before I left and got another one before I left and was inconvenienced. This time I was so preoccupied from a crazy week and didn't even think about it and realized it when I got home. So I called to ask the manager what we could do to make it right. Not sure, but was expecting maybe "so sorry ma'am come on in and I'll fix you up and have a crazy bread on us." Something for the inconvenience of a very obvious and preventable mistake. Instead the manager asked me which store I got the pizza from because he was the one back there making all the pizza's and there are several locations. (I thought to myself why would I call a different location other then the one I purchased the pizza from?) So I respond, answered the question and I tried to explain to him the one I called. The one on Camp Bowie across from Braums. He then says they are both by Braums. I reply I know, that's why I said the one across the street from Braums the other one is on same side. See a little attention to detail might prevent half the pizza being crust. Just some courtesy and acknowledge meant instead of what I recieved and "the policy" which is to take the pizza and reciept back to him on this cold, drizzly wet day, so he can make sure it was that location and I can wait so he can fix me anothere one. Just some courtesy would have been sufficient and would have made the inconvenience more tolerable. I don't usual do reviews because I know mistakes happen. I made one by not checking before I left. I decided to make a review because after three times at the same location and same problem I can only imagine how many times this has happened to others and wonder why they allow them to be sold because it is very noticeable issue that could be seen when pulling out of the oven or when cutting it or placing it in the box. The employees up front are always very fast and nice and the place is clean, that's why I go there. Now just a few days ago, I gave this location 4 stars for their pizza's & customer service. I prefer this location, although its further from home, but after this experience I WILL NOT BE BACK & DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I choose not to receive my receipt, but I did have a some sort of receipt on top of my box, with the wrong name. Anywho, I called back to let the gentleman whom answered know, what kind of pizza I received, & he replies "So.., why are you telling me"?? So you can fix it!!, that's why I'm telling you!!! He then replies, "well you didn't want your receipt, but maybe I can look through the bucket & find it & make another I guess". At this point, I am outraged & asked for the manager. Read moreBUGS IN PIZZA!!! I visit this place 3-4 times a month with no issues. Today I buy to pepperoni pizzas. When I got home my son discovered a bug in one of the boxes. I immediately told him to throw the boxes in the dumpster because I did not know what else was crawling around in them and didn't want them in my house. I immediately call the store and spoke with Stacy and explained the situation very calmly. I told him that I wanted my money back and that I had my receipt but the pizzas were in the trash. He told me to come up to the store. On my way to the store , Stacy called and told me that he could not give me a refund without seeing the pizzas. I explained to him again that I threw them away and was not about to transport pizzas boxes with bugs back to the store. He said that he could not do anything without seeing the pizzas.
