Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

The Games eat your tokens, a lot!! No credit card option. Yamie or Jamie was the young lady my 6 yr old grandson asked for help to get a slice of pizza. I was watching from the table near the desserts… I walked up and said it’s OK, She just didn’t hear you, I will help you. She then turns around and looks at us and I said my grandson was just asking for help. She said can you see what I’m doing and then turns her back to us and starts cutting a pizza, I said my grandson was just asking you for help but that’s OK. I got it, I’m helping him. She said “I don’t have kids” and then stared at me with a very mean look on her face. I then went to the cashier who was helping along the pizza line. She appeared to be the manager, America C. , black hair and glasses, and I told her this young lady was angry that my grandson asked for help, she didn’t want to help …she then told the manager that I was mad, I said look, I just was letting you know my grandson was about to shove a slice of pizza off the counter by accident and he asked for help and then the girl who was available to help said she was too busy cutting pizza and that she doesn’t have kids then she walked away and then she stared at me angrily

I Came here after church to hang out with my grandchildren, let them play games, and eat pizza.

Any reply other than an apology would be an excuse or justification. Go ahead and check on your cameras, and you’ll see that I was kind every step of the way. I will be sending this review to Corporate as well.

Well let me begin, my husband and I went for lunch we ordered 2 buffets, 1 water , 1 drink , we picked our pizza sat down I got me some tea my husband water, we're eating the manger Manuel (The Manager) came to the table and brought a cup and said I'm sorry I gave you the wrong cup so my husband poured my tea in the cup he gave us and he says no hold on and brings another cup , I said what's going on, he said you didn't pay for a drink I told him why didn't you say that in the first place,, it wasn't our fault he didn't get our drinks right so I told him I'll pay for the drink he said , I Kno you're embarrassed and offended, I told him no, it's not my fault you got the drinks wrong and he proceeded to say I was trying to get water and pour a fountain drinkin it I said whatever just let me pay for the drink for I can eat my lunch , so we continue eating, and he does it to another man which you can see in the picture he has a clear cup just like I had, The man told me he just harrassed me about my drink and I ordered a fountain drink, I told him it's a form of a language barrier , But the Manager was very unprofessional and the girl that was making the pizza was laughing and looking at us the whole time, They definitely need to...

This is the most disgusting restaurant I've ever eaten at. Walked in to at least 10 tables with dirty dishes sitting on them, even more that needed wiped down. I tried to sit at 3 tables before I found one halfway decent/clean looking. Watched at least two people eat food behind the line. (Sorry three, another has eaten since I started this review) The young man at the register had his AirPod in. Breadsticks undercooked and doughy. The floors are atrocious and people are reusing plates at the buffet. GROSS.

update The 4th employee that was on the floor ate behind the buffet before I even left this. Thayer had door propped open with wet floor signs.

Also seem awful convenient that there’s 2 5 star review after the original post of this review with no actual content to the reviews.

After speaking with corporate, there was not offered a refund, but a measly coupon for a free meal later on…. My other half missed his first day at his new job due to FOOD POISONING from this location.
