Service horrible at the store located in Ft. Worth Tx on Western Center and Beach 70259 !!! The customer service here is horrible 0 ! I was at the drive through speaker placing my order. The employee yells I can’t hear you come to the window of course while on speaker I tell her to lower her voice and I drive to the window. I explain to her it came across the speaker like your yelling at me and in a none respectful tone as well as her facial appearance she says I couldn’t hear you that’s why I said come to the window. I tell her I don’t like your attitude may I speak with the manager then she says I am the manager I ask for the information to corporate so I tell her I’ll come on the inside of the store to get the information. I get in the store a lady with a headset on and broom in her hand yells from across the lobby ma’am I had a headset on also and I couldn’t hear you I say ma’am who are you she says I’m the manager so I say I need your corporate office information and what is your name. She states her name is Bob and no we can’t give you that information but I can take your number and give it to them . But she never ask for my number or goes to get something to write with. So I get even more upset and I tell her never mind I’ll find out the information and I say to her your Bob with the broom who looked to be in her 70’s and should be retired so as I’m walking out the door she yells BYE KAREN !!!!!! I’m a African American 56 year old woman that isn’t racist but the way I was treated today this store is definitely racist. I’ve been living in the area for 35 years and most of the employees at this location are older white women !!!!! Why aren’t there any teens working here and where is the diversity !!!!!!! I will continue to rate this store until someone from corporate disciplines these employees at this location !

Read moreI hit the drive threw 45 minutes before closing time and ordered the combo with the Papa burger plus an order of Cheese churds. They were out of sweet tea that I wanted so I ordered a Root Beer. The lady working the window was extremely short and rude. Side note: this was only the 2nd time I have come to this restaurant. I get to the window and the total is a crazy $12 and change. She is still very abrupt takes my money then says, "Here is you Diet Pepsi." A moment later she habd me the food and slams the window shut as I tried to tell her the drink was wrong. Whatever, now there was a line and I was not feeling it. Now I got this food for my husband. So I get home and warned him about the drink. A few minutes later he tells me that the burger was not even the right burger and the fries were missing. The only thing right were the cheese curds and he said they were cold and old. I bet it is easy to see what comes next. I call the restaurant 3 times and that's right there was never an answer. Nothing is worse then spending that much on one meal and getting home to find there is not one thing rightwith your order except not getting an answer when you call. I went to the website to send the complaint. Four times I inputted the info and 4 times I got an error that it could not be processed and please try again. I don't see a third visit...
Read moreI used to visit this business a couple times a week. Lately, they’ve been lucky to get it once a month. Customer service and quality continue to decline. My last visit was on 6-18-21. I ordered 2 platters with 1 side of fries each, 1 float and 1 large drink. The drive-thru operator stated you get 2 sides and a drink with each platter. I said I had been told previously that the drink is the 2nd side and she said no. So, I ordered double fries for both and she told me it was $28 & change. I got to the window and saw it was the manager working drive-thru. I realized I’d left my wallet at home. I had $27 cash on me. She wouldn’t remove anything from the order and instead gave me a discount, which I thought was great customer service (at first.) I got home and we proceeded to eat. I couldn’t tell while eating my dinner which was the chicken or which was the fish, on my platter. I wasn’t real happy with our dinner. My wife wasn’t happy either and asked what I spent. I explained what happened and she thought something was wrong, so we then looked at the receipt. I could see possibly being charged extra for the float, but instead I was charged full price for the float and a drink, which is why I didn’t have enough cash. I think we’re done eating here...
