Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I went to the drive thru the lady taking my order couldn't hear i guess I would tell her my order and she would repeat all wrong. I ordered a family order 12pc all fish and double fries and corn and add a piece of chicken, she would repeat 12pc half chicken half fish i would say no all fish and add a piece of chicken she said a piece of chicken ok, went to window she said ketchup and tarter sauce I said yes extra starter sauce she said 47.41 I handed my card she said pull up ill take it out to you I was the only car there then after 15 min I went around and inside she was bagging it up i told her the chicken wasn't in there she said she didn't charged me and that she repeated the order at the window nowhere didn't, the cook had more better customer service experience because he asked me if everything was good with my food and order yall need to chang the cook to the front and put this lady to cook she can't interact with customers. She wears glasses and said her name was Claudia she needs to be restrained in customer service. I spent 50 and got very bad and...

I went through the drive through; sat at the menu board and assumed they were closed. Only one car was in the whole LJS’s parking lot.

Drive through and saw someone at the window. They said they were open. Drove back around because I don’t know what I want.

Ordered food and went to window to pay and get food.

Got home...my fiancé’s food was great. I got shorted a chicken strip and had to feed the rest to my dogs because everything was cold. Not warm. Not warm-ish. Not ice cold but the cold like I made dinner, ate and put the leftovers in the fridge then 10 minutes later decided what I made was SO good that I really wanted more but didn’t care that it was already cold. With the caveat that even after trying to eat the LJS food I couldn’t because not only was it cold but the cooks couldn’t even of shook the grease off what they cooked 30 minutes before.

Worst thing is; Alpha and Diva wouldn’t eat anything as well.

I went to bed hungry and with the overbearing guilt that I actually tried to feed my own animals that garbage.

Last time I was there it's been awhile but I walked in I was staying at the counter I didn't see anybody in the front seeing someone in the back and no one waited on me after a few minutes standing there someone came from the back and it was a lady sitting at a booth with two friends talking and the person in the back told them headed your way on this customer so for like at least 10 minutes I was standing there and the person got up from the booth I didn't realize that she even worked there until she got up went behind the counter and then after that I ordered my food and she just went to the to the counter and grab some stuff that's been sitting there for a while and put it in my bag and I was like I don't want that it's cold and it's old and she kind of got a little bit of an attitude so I asked for the manager the manager came out and apologized and I said just give me a refund I'll just go somewhere else so this is terrible service and I haven't eaten there since I don't even...
