We have eaten here many times and that is the only reason for the 3 stars. Usually we have a very positive experience. Today was the biggest cluster I have experienced in a long time. The site was downgraded (discounts didn't work correctly and I couldn't track my order). My driver arrived about 20 minutes late and when he opened his back hatch a pizza bag fell out. When he delivered and left we noticed he dropped off the wrong order. I called the store and they sent him back to pick up the order and leave ours. About another 40 minutes later and he finally comes back. We started eating so we had nothing to give him (I'm not sure why we would anyway). He says that's fine and leaves. When I open our order which is the pizza we actually want it was of course the ones that fell out of his car lol. I am convinced that is why he gave us the wrong order to begin with. We made the best of our deconstructed mess and I must say it is the worst tasting pizzas we've ever had from Marcos. Rubbery cheese, sauce not spread evenly, etc. Usually I love them. I'm not sure what witchcraft happened there today but I hope it was a 1 time thing. It will be a long time before I will be able to bring myself to order from this location again. I hope the other customer was able to finally get their order as well.

On august 9, 2023 at 6:07pm I put in an order onlime for two medium pizzas. One of them steak and cheese the other spinach and cheese. I should have checked before I left but I trusted them. BIG MISTAKE. My steak was burnt and the other was filled with hot soggy lettuce instead of spinach!!!!! I called at 7:28pm and spoke to a manager who said his name was "Shay" or "Shane". I kindly told him what happened and he said "Oh yeah, we are out of spinaxh so we used lettuce" I asked "why was I not called to be asked for a replacement ingredient or why was I not told at the time of pick up?" And he said "yeah, sorry about that". Although they offered a refund, it still didm't solve my dinner problem! I am taking care of my sick family and unable to go elsewhere for food. We tried to eat yhe burnt pizza and the one with disgusting soggy lettuce but it was unbereable. We were left without dinner tonight. What a shame that they couldn't offer to replace our dinner.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two pizzas and two 2 liters online; paid with my debit card and waited. I checked the status of my order which read Delivered, so I headed out to the porch to grab my food. The Marcos pizza delivery guy was pulling off, but there was no food. I called the store and spoke to Nicole who was pleasant, but unable to assist me. So, I called back to speak to manager James who advised us the pizza was delivered to an address that wasn't ours and stated this was the address on file for my phone number. I explained to James there was no way that could be the case, because we are frequent customers AND when you pay with your debit/credit card the charge won't process unless the billing address is correct...the billing address that matches my delivery address. James explained that his Gen Mgr would not authorize him to refund my $54.00 (which included a tip and a delivery charge) or remake my order; that basically we were out of luck. My husband got on the line and asked James what address came up under his phone number and lo and behold, it was the same address I had been telling James the order was for. Still, nothing. My husband and I had to get dressed and go out into the cold to Marco's and request to speak to the Gen Mgr Candace Jackson. Nicole called Candace who refused to get on the phone and speak with us, but in a shameful act of cowardess, forced her nervous employee to relay to us that they would remake the order, but "next time put in the right address." No apology for the inconvenience, no desire to rectify the issue (until we showed up) just sheer and utter rudeness. I'm not sure if these businesses realize that during this pandemic WE customers keep them running. This former customer, however, will find another place to order pizza from for the...

This is more of a take out pizza place. There are a couple of chairs and a table so I guess you could eat there but have never seen anyone there doing that, doesn't mean you can't. It has pretty good pizza, we order there frequently because we live very close. I give 3 stars because of the service. There have been several times I have gone through the drive thru and sat for 5 minutes before being helped, that is really frustrating when you see them inside chatting. Amazingly when they open the window they say it will be a few more minutes aka I was going to sit there while they started my order that was placed 25 minutes earlier. We expected some poor service when they opened but not this far out. There is a Jett's Pizza right across the street so they need to pull the act together. I don't like Jett's as well but they always have my order ready. I know the owner would not be happy to hear about the service, I am guessing he has. We communicated our discontent with him at the beginning and he was pleasantly responsive. Again, pretty good pizza, not the greatest and can be...
