Update 4-21-2021:
Still can't get it right. Always ask for our pizza well done, it never is. Today I ordered and paid for extra icing for the cinnamon squares and didn't get it. Called and they said they will give a free order for next time and probably can't deliver the extra icing right now that I paid for. The pizza is good don't get me wrong, but it's never baked how we ask. If it's not going to be baked well, don't offer it when ordering. Sadly there won't be a next time, not even for a free pizza #DONE

Update: As of late, while the pizza tastes good it's either not been baked well done like we always request it or in the case of today, the totally wrong pizza was delivered. Needless to say I called and they told me I would have had to wait another 30 minutes to 1 hour for the correct one to be delivered or 20 minutes if I wanted to pick it up. Gee, hard to choose there. So I went and picked it up. Not sure why its so hard to read what's on the receipt to make sure its baked twice and the right one is even in the box. So disappointed as of late. Time to talk to the manager and to find another pizza place to order from. Sorry Marcos we're breaking up.

We like our pizza and wings baked well and sometimes even though we request that online , unfortunately it's not and we've had to resort to calling them to every time...

Sadly, however, in the past 3-4 months, the service has been horrible more often than it's been good. There have been several times that the pizza was delivered close to an hour and a half after ordering - when we had been told 45 min to an hour. Upon calling the store, we were told it's on the way...and when it arrived it was clear that it had been in transit for probably 30 minutes. Thing is, this pizza is expensive and when delivered sub par, well it's unacceptable. The store "managers" barely even apologize, much less offer any sort of future discount when this has happened. The last time was October 19. I ordered at 6:13 PM and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour (as always) - the driver showed up with the order at 7:49 PM - while I was on the phone attempting to get an answer so I could cancel the order. Read moreThe pizza is decent. But after a particularly awful service experience, it’s not worth ordering. I ordered pizza from this Marco’s. 30 minutes after the “promise time,” I called. It took them 10 minutes to answer the phone, told me it was still at the store, and they had no idea when it would be delivered. No apology. Asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to pick it up. The kid who answered the phone was rude and apparently super inconvenienced to answer my call. If you are so understaffed that you can’t deliver orders, don’t take orders. Or at least call people and tell them what they ordered is never being delivered. Fix your staffing problems or close when you can’t actually fulfill orders.
