-Inconsistent food. -Terrible management. -Too many fries in basket when dropped in fryer. 90% of your fries will be undercooked and soggy. Thats if they dont give you stale fries from under the lamp. -Rolly from the show Amen 🤭 (older black man) asked my order, I showed him receipt, and he proceeds to give me what he wants without detailing my receipt or looking at his screen. I ordered a large fry, mini oreo mcflurry with m&ms. I received a medium fry, and a regular sized oreo mcflurry. I had another worker correct the fry, and the black man add m&ms, while he said, "oh you wanted m&ms?" Why yes, I paid for both toppings. -Tired of mgmt telling me to come back to replace the items. Get it right the first time. -To the lady manager, I should not, and will not ask for you to personally make my meal as a guarantee it'll be accurate. I get how you were trying to help, but thats really a cop-out. Train your team and hold them accountable. The older male Hispanic manager needs to do the same thing. -The only time you get good fries is if the store is really busy. Besides that, you get old, stale, lamp fries. -PORTIONS ARE INCONSISTENT, as far as fries. Sometimes yall fill the box as you should, many other times you cheat us on fries. -Input my order into computer, so I can see what im ordering at the drive through. Read moreThey asked me to do a survey for them to "help them out" and I get a free sandwich. They said its a free sandwich you dont even have to buy anything. I came back to the same location to redeem the sandwich with the coupon code... just to find out either the employee who talked me into the survey is a liar , or the manager I tried to redeem with is a liar , as he refused to redeem the coupon unless I bought something first. Since covid McDonald's has gone down hill , ignoring customers , refusing to ring up customers , ignoring you when you have to pay cash , now they teach them to lie to do surveys like the service is good then lie when you try to redeem. Ill call corporate , they'll send me a free value meal , ill redeem it here just to make sure I get what I was told I would get. So many chances to look like a good company that's thankfull for thier customers and they drop the ball and do the exact opposite every time.
