Been here 3 times, dined in all 3 times, and after today will not be back. Overall the food is ok. Not horrible just kinda average. The first 2 times had a wonderful server, she was a very sweet middle aged woman. Very talkative and tried to inform me on dishes and different selections. However today, I had a younger girl for a server. After I ordered a very simple meal, chicken Alfredo/extra sauce and a coke, she walked away got 3 tables away and then yelled back to me my order and asked again my drink. Now, no one else was in the restaurant...but really it was rude. After the meal, I get my ticket and there was a $2.00 charge for extra sauce. #1 if there is an extra charge for anything, the customer should be informed. I was not and I i would have been told about the charge i would have passed on it. #2. When I asked about the charge, she got snippy with me, and attitude as if I had no right to question this. Saying "well yea it's extra, so there is an extra charge. Like when people order extra pepperoni on their pizzas we charge for the pepperoni. " I looked at her and said this was a little extra sauce not meat. At that point I just wanted to leave, so I paid the bill. Unfortunately her tip paid for the extra sauce. Never in my life have I not left a tip, and as a former server, I know it's not an easy job, but seriously. Arguing with a customer because You didn't tell them before hand, that was the last draw. Over all the food is average. The dishes I tried lacked in flavor. I do not recommend...
Read moreTerrible experience. My wife ordered Ala Vodka dish without peas and carrots. Just after one bite, she did not like it at all. Their marinara sauce is nasty! It tastes like can sauce with oregano on it. Told the waitress and she asked if she can get her something else. My wife then ordered a pepperoni roll. When our bill came we noticed the Ala Vodka dish was on there. We told the waitress and she said that since she ordered it and "changed the recipe" they had to charge us. We have been going to restaurants for the longest time and we have never had them charge us for something we did not like. The "chef" later came out and said he did us a favor by changing his recipe for us. He also said that it is our responsibility as a customer to order and like his food. Total nonesense. We asked for the manager and were advised she was out. We got the name of the owner, Reeba, and were told to call her. We called and of course we were told she was busy and never called us back. Worst customer experience ever for high priced mediocre food. It is obvious the customer does not matter at all at this "restaurant". So my advice to you as a consumer is to stay away...
Read moreListen man. My wife and I live off Alta vista and we've tried almost every place off Golden triangle and 9 out of 10 places to eat have been mediocre at best. That changed when we decided to check out Napoli's Pizza. The staff / owner and wife were professional yet down to earth good people and willing to make changes to any item we wanted. This is key as my wife is forever uncertain with every menu item she has ever read in her life. Then, the pepperoni 18' pizza arrived and i am still in shock at how freakin delicious and authentic of a real pizza i experienced. Ive had real pizza a few times. Ie..Chicago.etc..and im telling you this pizza brought back childhood friggen memories! I never..and i mean i never review restaurants. .but dude, i had to say kudos to these people. These corporate franchises and their renditions of pizza have absolutely NOTHING on what i just experienced. My family will be loyal customers as long as we are here. Believe it or not...go order a 18' pepperoni and if it isnt the best dam thing you've eaten in a long time? ...then there's something bad wrong with you! Mic...
